It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. A living room at the entrance of this cottage (30 m2) A crib, folding crib and high chair All with a Wi-Fi connection!!! AIR CONDITIONING!!!

Nestled in the middle of our private animal park, the farm is located in the heart of the Côtes de Gascogne vineyards and wild meadows. Relax in peace with our summer outdoor kitchen and pool. Le bungalow se situe dans notre propriété de 3000m². Pour 2 personnes uniquement. Piscine partagée (non chauffée) débâchée de mai à septembre. Nécessaire de base fourni (draps, serviettes, torchons, savon...) Le bungalow est situé à l'entrée du joli village animé de Mézin, à la pointe du Lot et Garonne, frontalier avec le Gers et les Landes. Les commerces du centre sont accessibles à pied (boulangerie, cave, restaurant, pharmacie...).
