Holiday houses in L'Annunziata

Una bellissima casa e una bellissima esperienza di soggiorno. Uno dei più begli alloggi trovati su Airbnb, tutto ottimo dalla casa in sé alla posizione - la veranda con il mare di fronte è indimenticabile - alla disponibilità di Nicoletta, la nostra host. Nicoletta è stata molto disponibile ed esaustiva nel fornire le informazioni necessarie sia per la gestione della casa che per tutto quello che ha riguardato il soggiorno, oltre a essere molto flessibile sia per il check in che per il check out. L'alloggio è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio, facile da trovare, oltre che dotato di forniture di base sia per cucinare che per il bagno. Naturalmente fare colazione con il mare davanti e addormentarsi con il rumore delle onde sono elementi che rendono il soggiorno magnifico. Se potessimo torneremmo domani! Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in Joe’s Villa! Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, und die Lage ist ideal mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell viele schöne Orte auf der Insel. Der Garten ist mit Kunstrasen ausgestattet, was in dieser Gegend sehr sinnvoll ist – er sieht gepflegt aus und ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Joe war ein großartiger Gastgeber – freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir können Joe und die Villa Aurora absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Nicola. Die geräumige Hütte liegt mitten in der Natur, dennoch ist alles Nötige gut erreichbar. Der alte aber gut funktionierende Holzherd hat uns in dieser teilweise noch kühlen Jahreszeit gute Dienste geleistet und wir kochten sogar darauf. Absolute Stille und klare Sternennächte machten den Aufenthalt sehr entspannend und dank der einsamen Lage besonders romantisch. Das Wasser entstammt einer eigenen Quelle und schmeckt fantastisch. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, teilweise sehr kreativ gestaltet mit witzigen Details. Für eine Hütte jedoch sehr komfortabel inklusive Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, tolle Orangenpresse, Flatscreen, Waschmaschine, breites Bett mit guter Matratze, etc. Die Beleuchtung wirkt teilweise etwas improvisiert, man gewöhnt sich jedoch schnell daran. Sehr gemütliches Wohnambiente, Hüttenatmosphäre. Alles in allem große Empfehlung, jederzeit gerne wieder, DANKE!!!

Andrea è stata un host molto accogliente (ha preparato una squisita torta per il nostro arrivo). In due giorni di caldo intenso ha comprato un ventilatore aggiuntivo, e in caso di bisogno è sempre stata a disposizione. La casetta è un piccolo gioiello per chi ama stare nella natura, a contatto con gli animali (cavalli, capre, cani). A circa 20-30 minuti dalle spiagge di Costa Rei e a circa 30-40 minuti da quelle di Villasimius, non ha certamente le comodità di un villaggio in riva al mare, ma vale la pena soggiornare qui e percorrere un po' di strada per visitare le molte spiagge della zona, una più bella dell'altra. Andare a dormire accompagnati dal suono dei campanacci delle capre ed essere svegliati dal canto del gallo è un'esperienza che non capita tutti i giorni. Ci sono circa 900 metri di strada sterrata da percorrere: non adatta a chi gira in Ferrari. PS: non lasciate cibi all'aria aperta, altrimenti mosche e formiche festeggeranno: consigliati sacchetti/barattoli ermetici.

Ein wunderbarer Ort um von der hecktischen Welt ein Stück weit zu entkommen. Nur das Singen der Vögel und das Blätterrauschen sind zu hören und die süßen Hofkatzen schauen immer mal vorbei. Herrlich. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir würden wieder kommen. :)

Een geweldige week gehad in het huis van Ivan. Hartelijke ontvangst, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Mooi sfeervol huis met volledige privacy. Buitendouche is heerlijk.

Dom leży dosłownie 5 minut od plaży. Bardzo ładny widok z tarasu. Pralka w łazience. Czysto i najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy na start dostępne. Zapomnieliśmy słuchawek z obiektu i właściciel przywiózł nam je na lotnisko!!! Postaramy wrócić się w tym wrześniu. Dziękujemy ❤️
