Our house welcomes you with a view of the St-Jean River, in an ideal environment for a relaxing stay. It is located in the heart of the village halfway between the dock (marina, cruise, cafe) and Mont Edouard (Spa, Ski, etc.). On the ground floor you will find one of the three bedrooms, the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom (shower). In the basement, are the other two bedrooms and bathroom with double bath as well as washer-dryer.

Beautiful house located in a quiet area of Saint-Simeon and halfway between Mont Grand Fond and the palisades. Close to the snowmobile trail, the Obois relay where you can go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fatbiking and ice fishing as well as the Bosco dog sledding company.
