Very nice new place, very well equipped and cozy! Ideal for relaxation in peace. Well located summer and winter for all activities. Valentine is very helpful and available. Important to note that the walking access is quite steep and slippery and therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. I would this place!

We had a fantastic week skiing in Meribel..Stephanie was extremely helpful and the location of the apartment couldn’t be any better!! Everything is within walking distance and the pistes were only 50 metres from the apartment!! Thank you for everything, and I can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful apartment, perfectly maintained, very clean, well equipped, great shower, large outdoor lighting to enjoy the evening sun with wonderful views of the mountains. Small, fine spa for rainy days. We had wonderful communication with the family, very good recommendations on what we could do. An all-around excellent stay. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment is perfect and the children really enjoyed the use of the pool and sauna. Location is great, away from the business of the centre and ski in, ski out.

Amazing 5-star views! We had a great stay at the new Phoenix residence for Tomorrowland. Our host, Stephanie, was super friendly and flexible. Our family consisted of 6 adults, and the unit was perfect size. The condo is well-equipped, and the kitchen has everything we needed. A true ski-in / ski-out and an easy walk to town. The grocery store is only a 5 minute walk, and there is a bus stop right out the front door if you don't want to walk. The ski room has plenty of space to store our equipment with boot dryers. We used the spa sauna and steam room almost daily. Thanks for an amazing time!

Beautiful apartment, clean and impeccable, with everything you need for a super pleasant stay and super useful services as a place to store your skis, very nice common areas (pool, sauna, billiard room, gym, possibility to order bread and pastries for breakfast, reception…). Perfect location just minutes from the navette leading to the slopes and less than 10min from the egg and downtown Méribel, with shops, restaurants, etc. A 10!

Great place to stay. We drove from the UK with our little dog. The apartment is well laid out. We especially liked the bedroom with large and comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was good and allowed us to stream Netflix etc. The apartment comes with secure underground parking. We were able to leave our skis and boots in the car and then drive down to the ski lift. (You do need to be there around 9am to ensure a space, although a new multi story car park is under construction). The lift was never busy and it gets you to the ski area very quickly. This is a very quiet area. There is a bar, restaurant and swimming pool in the complex but we didn’t make use of them. The motorway that passes is in a tunnel, so no road noise. There is also a network of local footpaths. In conclusion we had a fantastic week, and hope to return next year.

We had a pleasant stay at Laurence's. The location is strategic for skiing on Orelle-Val Thorens, plus a free shuttle is available at the residence. The accommodation is clean and functional. The bedroom bedding could be renewed, but we will come back without hesitation. Thank you Laurence for the valuable advice and your hospitality!

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with a magnificent view of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned box with a wall just in front, strongly not recommended for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran after a few unsuccessful attempts.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was great: clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It immediately feels like home. A huge thank you to Elise, the owner, who was lovely from start to finish. She is warm, welcoming, always available and full of good advice to discover the region. We stayed with 8 people in this beautiful chalet during our participation in Alpe d'HuZes, and what a great experience it was! The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and really equipped with every comfort, you immediately feel at home. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and plenty of peace and nature around you. Host Louise deserves a special mention. She communicated very pleasantly, quickly and in an accessible way, so that everything went smoothly. What was really exceptional: she even took one of our group members to another village by car. In addition, she also gave us great tips about activities and eateries in the area, which we gratefully made use of. In short: a fantastic accommodation, a warm and involved host, and a top stay. We would definitely book the chalet again!

We spent a weekend in a little paradise, the cottage as well as the amenities offered and the setting is just ideal for a wonderful time with family or friends! The hosts are responsive to all requests and friendly as well as Valery "the caretaker" who was delighted to find the chalet in good condition arrived! Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk from the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly exchanges with the host and welcome.

The chalet is ideally positioned in the valley to enjoy this magical environment. We will keep an excellent memory of this stay between hikes and relaxation at the chalet. The place is exceptional!! Wonderful family vacation. Everything was perfect: the interior of the cottage, the outdoors, the calm, the proximity to the village and the slopes…

We had a very good stay as a family, 5 adults and 1 baby. House large enough for the 6 of us. We took full advantage of the jacuzzi, it's spacious. Very nice. We didn't see Frédéric but the message exchanges went very well. He allowed us to arrive earlier and leave later because the house was not rented before and after. It's a real plus! I recommend!!!

We had a great time with the family (13 people), in this beautiful cottage, pleasant to live in even many. The bedding is comfortable. Only small problem is the frequency of shuttles especially during return times, with expectations that can reach an hour.
