Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 large outdoor terraces, a private hot tub, access to an indoor pool heated during the day. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. The interior of the house is well insulated so you can continue your evenings without worries inside!

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

New house completed in early February 2019. It has a surface area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house sleeps 8 with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7 km, Etables 5 km) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)

Recent wooden house (August 2021) in the quiet countryside and close to the beaches of Binic, Saint Quay Portieux (5 km)... Ideal for your vacation with family or friends to discover the Côte du Goëlo. Bright and cozy 75 m² house with semi-covered terrace facing south-south west on a 500 m² plot (not fenced at the moment). Linens and towels extra (€10 per person) Free WiFi.

Vous disposerez d'une extension de 25 m2 avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine chauffée et une cuisine d’été de 10 m2. Un local fermé vous permettra de ranger vos vélos. L'ensemble se situe dans une rue calme d'un hameau de Binic tranquille et sympa, à 2 km des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux bébés.
