Shops are nearby and local markets are not lacking. The outbuilding has its garden, trees all in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fisherman's hut, all wooden, reflecting the authenticity and spirit of the bay. The comfort is modern and perfect for spending pleasant moments.

The house of about 150 m² offers an optimal configuration for 8 adults and 1 child, with an 8 m x 4 m pool with stairs equipped with an alarm system, unheated.
