The sound of water can be pleasant at night with the window open but cannot be heard with the double glazing closed. L'Orangerie is a pretty studio apartment in Le Vigan, at the foot of Mont Aigoual in the Cévennes National Park. A short walk to Le Vigan town centre, l'Orangerie is set in a shared garden overlooking olive and cypress trees. The apartment once housed orange and lemon trees to protect them from frost during the cold winter months. True to its original layout, the studio is a bright, open plan room with plenty of natural light streaming through powder blue shuttered windows.

There is an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A small table in the garden and another on the terrace will allow you to have your meals in the sun or under the trellis. A small barbecue is available (to be found in the small cellar below the cottage).
