Waterfront holiday rentals in Lapa

We loved our stay! The apartment is just like the photos and was very spacious for three people. The location is unmatched - super close to everything you want to see and very walkable. The restaurant downstairs, Peixola, was one of our favorite dinners in Lisbon. We had one challenge with the air conditioning and the team was super responsive in helping us fix it. We would 100% stay here when visiting again.

Our experience was incredible! I highly recommend this place. Paulo picked us up at the car rental place in Lisbon and gave us so much useful information. He is the best host ever! This place was very unique, great views of the water, incredible decor/artwork, very comfortable, peaceful, and very well equipped. The location is in the heart of Alfama. It's ideal and one of the best Airbnb rentals I've stayed in.

the view was amazing and we absolutely loved the space!! there was an issue with the pin pad at the front door to the building and the neighbors were super helpful to let us in while we waited a short time for the host to respond. the issue was resolved promptly and everything else was perfection!

The apartment is located inn a great area - Alfama. The hike to get to the unit was tough especially when I went in the wrong direction from the train station, but Pedro was patiently waiting there for us. After our hike to get there, completing the 68 steps to the unit was a breeze. LOL The view is spectacular and saw cruise ships coming and going every day. The unit was clean, comfortable. I had issues with the TV but did not go to Lisbon to watch TV. I was connected to the Wi-FI but not the internet, which was fine as my phone did the work for me and I was not working online. Ann and Rita Have created a special space and were are grateful for the accommodations. They did a tasteful job with the decor. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. Great job. Rita’s place was amazing. It was clean and exactly as described. Perfect for myself, my husband and our toddler. The location was excellent. Right on the 28 tram line. We enjoyed eating at the cafe downstairs and watching the trains go by. She provided awesome local recommendations. One of the places she suggested for a coffee / drink / snack with a view was one of our favorite unexpected surprises. The view from the back balcony and also front windows was spectacular. Rita was super sweet and responsive. Would stay here again.

Camila’s apartment was perfect for what we wanted. The views were beautiful and with the air con, it was comfortable even when it got hot outside. The location couldn’t be better and everything was within walking distance. Camila was lovely and very helpful throughout the trip. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice time in Lisbon staying in Rita’s apartment! The location was very good, which was close to shops and restaurants, regardless of the hills :) The apartment is perfect and has everything you need for a perfect stay! Rita was excellent! She’s very friendly and responded quickly if we needed help with anything. She has a list of excellent things to do with recommendations in her information book! Next door there is a small shop for anything essentials and Dona Judite was so friendly and helpful! We would truly recommend staying here. When we next come back I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Rita for a wonderful stay!

The space is large, beautifully decorated, with beautiful views outside the window, clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, and a ten-minute walk to the ferry station, making it convenient to take a boat to the old town across the river.There is a parking lot next to the house, and the parking fee is very cheap.

We loved our stay at Claudia's during our long weekend trip for the Suncebeat festival. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and we very much enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. Great location to cross the bridge into the City but then you can head south and enjoy the stunning coast line. highly recommend

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. We had the most fantastic experience in Lurdes and Louis villa, it was just magical I would highly recommend staying here. The sunsets are absolutely stunning from the terrace. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing place. Everything you need is in the house it’s very well equipped with all kitchen appliances you need for cooking etc. Lurdes and Louis are super host so friendly and helpful thank you!

Jaques' apartment is just like the photos, everything is new and you don't lack anything... Jaques left some gifts and we saw him at our entrance, apart from the fact that you don't lack anything. She left salt, oil, sugar, basic items that, many times, in other apartments, they leave you nothing! The apartment was super clean, the bed is very comfortable, the location is very quiet... for those of you who want to rest, it's the right apartment. To go to Lisbon, we went by car and parked there, so we can't comment on the ferry or bus that takes you to Lisbon... we liked it a lot, we hope to repeat! :)

Wonderful place to stay at. Communication was great and easy. We had everything we needed and even more. Confortable beds, the couch in the living room was just incredible! we totally fell in love with it haha! Kitchen had everything we needed. Big backyard. Clean, Intimate and calm, but still close to everything. Beach 5 minutes walking distance. I strongly recommend.

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

Gisela is a special, attentive and friendly hostess, prompt and ready to offer support and advice. The house is very clean and nice, a well-done conservative restoration, in a strategic location to get around and in a quiet area. I highly recommend it

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

The apartment is modern, well equipped and clean. It's in a handy location for the airport, the Oriente railway and bus stations, and the Metro. Vitaliano and Nara were excellent hosts - always helpful, responsive and friendly.

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view over the sea. Very luminous and bright. Pedro and Teresa were really accommodating as I arrived late. Definitely recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. The space itself was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was spacious, with air conditioning, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a modern apartment that had the charm of an older building. The location was fantastic! In the heart of everything and close to great restaurants, bars, and historical sights. It was nice to constantly see the famous tram 28 going by the area! I would recommend this stay for literally anyone. It’s also accessible by elevator which is nice after many kilometres of walking the city. The host (Andre) was friendly and met us at check in and provided many recommendations! Thanks for the wonderful accommodation

The location is picturesque, safe and vibrant with shops and restaurants, but, like most of Lisbon, hilly so be prepared. We stayed in 6 airbnbs on our trip and Barbara’s was the most comfortable and homey…I could live here. We highly recommend Senhora do Fado across the street for amazing food and authentic live fado music. We would love to return to Barbara’s place.

Incredibly friendly host and made visiting family less stressful

Very clean place, and convenient location. The shower is small and the tile is slippery. I think it’s ideal for two adults or maybe 2 adults and a small child based on the size of the apartment.
