The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

The apartment is located on the ground floor facing the sea with a 90 sqm garden outside where you can organize your outdoor stay. I have completely renovated the apartment recently and therefore all of the furniture is new. The apartment is suitable for stays of couples and families.
