Absolutely no parties of any kind, any size or any description. If there is evidence of a party we will add on a $150 extra cleaning fee.

Outdoor has a nice deck for your barbecue or do it Cajun style with a Seafood boil! Close to fine dining or fast food. The Rustic cottage is in the back of our property. It has a privacy fence, but is not completely fenced. Nice covered deck with large TV and carport
