Old low-ceilinged house, typical of the Limousin farmhouse. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Welcome to an old bread oven, between the Dordogne Valley and the Auvergne volcanoes. Fully restored and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, bathroom, bedroom with mezzanine, barbecue, sun loungers for the garden. Ideal for a couple and a child or another adult (sofa bed). Lover of country markets, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and mushroom picking. Mandatory cleaning fee: 40 euros to be paid on site in cash

The Mauriac cocoon

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Le Moulin Nature Lodge – 1/2 people

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. A short break by the fire in a natural and romantic setting entirely dedicated to nature (included: sheets, bath towels, dish towels, soap, household products, breakfast on reservation). Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.

Independent room for two people on the ground floor of our main residence. Entry is through a separate window door. Private shower room. Our house is located in a very quiet area (dead end) while being 700 m from shops.
