There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Responsive, hospitable host. I liked everything. P.S. Bring an opaque tape) In the hallway, the light is powered by a motion sensor without the ability to turn off this feature , this can create a slight discomfort. P.P.S. When checking in a few people, please note that there may not be enough hot water in the boiler for everyone. Overall, everything is alright.

Perfect place to stay, very close to sea, private, quiet, clean! Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend peaceful time! Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable! Everything was 10/10, as well Baiba was super helpful with everything and don't have anything bad to say, it was perfect!

Very nice and cozy house with everything you need for a comfortable stay ❤️ Convenient location - between the center of Riga, Jurmala and the airport. The only small disadvantage is that after eviction, if you still have time to walk before departure, there is nowhere to leave your things.

The most beautiful cottage you have set your eyes on a darling lil wood burner in the bedroom kept us nice and warm when we needed the extra heat wood was provided and there was heaters there aswell, beautiful kitchen full with everything you need just bring your own food ofcourse plenty of ideas of what to do around the area as was provided with a map ect. Very kind and approaching hosts that helped with all that we needed. Thank you so much again for hosting us and hope to come back again 🙏 Very close to the beach aswell you can hear the waves from the home itself 🌼

The apartment is in an excellent location - 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the park (there are many active entertainment for children and adults), 5 minutes to the station. The apartment actually looks bigger than in the photos. A baby cot can be placed in the bedroom (brought with you, fits). Everything is in working condition. When we checked in, it was very clean - which is rare for Jurmala. For a short stay, everything is fine. We lived for a month and a baby was with us, so we had to cook constantly. From the mini-disadvantages for those who care: the countertop in the kitchen is a little small for full cooking; there is no ladle (but we took it with us from home); there is no knife sharpener; there is no colander (also took it with us); there is no grater (and we took it with us). There is everything for cleaning the apartment (including a vacuum cleaner). But if you're just going on vacation and don't plan to cook a lot, the apartment is just perfect! We would be happy to stay at Tina's again. The terrace is beautiful!

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

An excellent experience. The train station is nearby and can be reached in two minutes on foot. Trains run every 30 minutes from Riga. A quiet beach is close by and can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. Peaceful surroundings.

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.

We had a wonderful stay at Brigita and Jurgis’ charming summer house. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The outdoor patio was a highlight—perfect for sunbathing during the day and enjoying dinners in the evening. The peaceful walk to the beach and nearby forest made the location even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for a lovely experience!

It was A very nice stay with the owners taking a good care of our family. House is spacious and very special, as it is a family home and has everything you might need. Our kids said they felt like staying in a manor or a castle. Everything has been built and made as for themselves and you could feel the personal touch and history. The house has automatic gates (with private parking right next to the house), lovely garden area with super good privacy and possibilities to grill and chill outside in the garden. Kids were playing basketball. The best is location - few minutes walk from the seaside and the main walking street with bunch of good restaurants as well as park with a lot of kids activities. Very central, yet hidden gem 💎. We definitely recommend 🥰

Everything was perfect, the place was very nice in an environment in the middle of nature, the whole house is very well equipped with everything you need and a lot of games and toys for everyone. An amazing place to stay and Sanita's treatment perfect, very friendly and very fast.

Peaceful and wonderful stay at this place. We enjoyed the clean and cozy apartment, very comfy bed, nice terrace which would be perfect to enjoy drinks in warmer weather. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal, good to know to take groceries with you as the nearest shop is a 5 minutes car drive away. Extra points for washer/ dryer which was handy to dry swimsuits after enjoying SPA and pool in the building next to the apartment. Overall romantic and relaxing stay!

Great apartment

Two adults and one child were traveling. The child stayed on an extra bed in the same space as the parents' bed. The look of the building doesn't look good, but the inside is clean, quality materials, powerful air conditioning, and everything works. Excellent location: Peaceful but still all restaurants within 30min walk, 10min walk to the beach. Also to the train station about 5 minutes, which can be reached for two euros in Riga. Even though it's clean, it's pretty minimalist and doesn't appeal to hang out. On the other hand, we had really good weather and we didn't get much interested in being inside. The internet connection on the TV was enough to stream HD videos. The TV antenna was not connected (we didn't miss it).

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.
