Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters at the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 min. to the highway, 25 min to Therme Erding, 25 min to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, AllianzArena, Chiemsee, mountains, BayernPark. 200m away is the bus stop (MVV 470) directly to Munich - MaxWeberPlatz. There is a lot of space on the farm, there are animals (dog, cat, horse, beef). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.

The old town of Erding with good shopping, cozy inns with good standard fare or restaurants with fine cuisine is within walking distance in 20 minutes. The place is good for couples and families.
