Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Belle's place is a great place to stay. We are party of 15 and the room is big enough for all of us. The place is clean and the host is responsive. Belle is also very accommodating. I had to request something from her and she gladly accomdated it. I would love to go back here again and will recommend this to my friends and family. Thank you, Belle for hosting us.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We had a peaceful and pleasant stay at Jessica’s this June 2025. We booked the place because price was just right, quite spacious, with 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 1 CR, living room with Smart TV (including Netflix, YouTube, etc). Kitchen utensils were available. We just needed a refill for soap and shampoo when we arrived. The place was at the building near the guardhouse and next to the clubhouse. The unit was at the 3rd floor, but we had no issue or trouble with climbing the stairs. The swimming pool can be accessed 8am-10pm daily. It was just located across the building. There were clean large towels enough for us. All appliances were functioning and in good condition. The whole place was well-maintained. It was also very accessible to public transportation and there are some nearby restaurants on the area. You can ride jeeps just by the guardhouse. Checkin was very easy and Ms Jessica gave clear instructions for check in and check out, and how to get there from the airport.

Would highly recommend this place! Very clean, spacious, has that homey vibe, and has all the things that you will need. Location was great because it was very near to the place that we need to visit. Ms. Richel was also very kind and very helpful, ensuring we could check in hassle-free by providing detailed instructions and information about her place. Overall a 10/10.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Especially worth mentioning are the small details like fast Wi-Fi. I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

We had a great stay at this place, it’s worth the price. There was 11 of us, family group, the unit is spacious and we are able to do simple cooking like pancakes, fried eggs, rice etc, it’s so homey. Thanks to the host who lent us frying pan for cooking hahaha, they are so generous. Distance to airport - our flight was 5.30am, booking a grab car is so easy, super convenient; the airport is less than 10mins aways from the condo. No sweat! If I go back to Ceb, I will stay in the same place again.

Really saved the day for my family. Had a bad experience on my first booking but Jen saved my experience with Airbnb. She is very accommodating and willing to go an extra mile for your booking. Making sure everything is okay and settled in to their great property. The place is perfect for my family and safe for kids. Amenities are complete and 100% working. Listing is located in a place where you can get anything. Convenient stores, grocery, restaurant, night market. Peaceful and quiet. Surely will book again. Recommended Host and listing.

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.
