Holiday rentals with a patio in L'Aquila

Vito was a super attentive and helpful host to meet our needs, the perfect apartment for a family of 4 like us and equipped with every comfort. The residence where the apartment is located is very nice and located in a functional position both to reach the services in the village of Rocca di Mezzo and the attractions of the area. Very satisfying experience, to be repeated!

Very nice chalet as shown in the photos. We were 4 people, spacious, clean with very comfortable beds with everything you need in the kitchen, quiet area 6 km from L'Aquila, Domenico is a very present host (you ask, he answers immediately😊). He sent us all the detailed description for check-in (and the video where to put the bikes with a video). I recommend it, thank you Domenico we had a great time

Very clean and comfortable belonging. Well-maintained, helpful and friendly host. Bed in my opinion very comfortable. Perfect temperature adjustment, very comfortable. Well-lit and functional bathroom. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. Quiet but very central area. Highly recommended!

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of Gran Sasso Park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, equipped with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving great tips about the area and even helping us manage the house (on several occasions, even in the early morning, he helped me light the fire of the fireplace). Stefano even brought us great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely be back at this place!

The place is TOTALLY new, in a peaceful place with a great view, having all the amenities you would need for the stay, which are, again, all totally new. The host (and the owner) were very helpful on some small things we needed, and we really enjoyed our stay, definitely a recommended place.

The accommodation was very spacious, modern and clean. Very convenient parking for the car and the landscape is really suggestive. Dita was very kind and helpful. The only sore point is the location of the accommodation. The phone network is practically absent, so to connect to the internet or make a call, I had to move to the surrounding villages. If you want to disconnect from everything, I recommend it. However, for those like me who also need to be reachable, it becomes a bit complicated.

Walter's house has many strengths, starting with the view of the mountains all around, from the well-fenced garden, which allows a peaceful stay with a dog, as in my case. The interior is pleasantly rustic, but with all the appliances (it is rare to find a dishwasher and a large refrigerator in similar accommodations) and amenities, even the pots are in excellent condition and sufficient for cooking peacefully. The beds are comfortable and there are pillows available for all tastes. The wi-fi network works very well, while the phone line very often fails in various areas, not just in the house. I would recommend not only the house, but also the whole beautiful area to experience a different vacation: slow, where all activities go on lunch break and where not everything is always available or reachable, but where people are friendly and warm. Walter himself is particularly friendly and helpful, and I thank him again.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Paolo and his father Mariano are real treasures! So helpful, friendly and communicative. It made my holidays so nice. And the place is just great - peaceful, warm, authentic and quiet. If you searching for a moment of silence and nature - it is your choice.

We decided to stay in Tagliacozzo at Davide's because it gave us the opportunity to visit the surroundings. The parking lot near the house gave us the opportunity to walk around Tagliacozzo without having to take the car. Davide was very kind and I think it's a place I will recommend to my friends

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Sofia was an impeccable host. The house offers what you need for a relaxing stay. The area offers several opportunities for recreation and relaxation in contact with nature. I also thank Sofia for her flexibility in managing our booking, as we had to move our return up by a day.

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!

Lisa and Paul are nice and very kind hosts, they welcomed us cordially and the house was really nice, spacious and well furnished. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Our two children also had a great time. Recommended to everyone.

I had the pleasure of staying in Claudia’s BnB for almost two months and cannot recommend it enough. The place is clean, has good amenities, and is generally comfortable to stay in. Claudia is an incredibly kind and helpful person. The exact neighborhood the BnB is in is not perfect as a lot or buildings damaged during the earthquake are still undergoing reconstruction. However, taking the finished buildings in the center as reference, the BnB’s area has a very promising future. Because I was here for work reasons, I cannot comment too much about vacation life. However, the town has plenty of restaurants and cafes in the center and is quite well-connected for day trips like hikes, the various castles and small towns, and even Rome. Although L’Aquila is not an incredibly big town, it is surprisingly lively, making it a great place to be. Again, I cannot recommend L’Aquila and Claudia’s BnB enough. When I come back, I hope I can stay at Casa Renzo again.

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

Enrico is for sure the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. We arrived by bicycle in a thunderstorm and Enrico and his family went out of their way to look after and help us. We had a wonderful time staying in Villa Celiera thanks to Enrico. The apartment itself is perfect - very clean and spacious and with a great outdoor area.

We all felt welcomed by people in Bisenti. The Airbnb was spacious and light filled with a huge terrace and balconies all around. Plenty of storage and places to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
