It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can get on a paddleboard or in a canoe.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Luxury wellness on the edge of the forest on the Veluwe. Unique guesthouse for two people with exclusive private use of the indoor pool, showers, private bathroom and (Finnish) sauna. Private driveway and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

Kampeerbungalow De Westlander

De kampeerbungalow is een eenvoudig ingerichte overnachtingsplek voor maximaal 4 personen en bevat een tweepersoonsbed (2 matrassen van 80 cm), een eenpersoonsbed en er is een extra bed in het woonvertrek te plaatsen. De slaapvertrekken zijn door middel van een houten tussenwand van elkaar gescheiden. De bungalow is gemaakt van hout en heeft een dak gemaakt van dik (vrachtwagen) zeil zodat u ook tijdens de wat vochtigere dagen heerlijk droog in deze accommodatie kunt verblijven.

Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. 't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.
