I had a great time with my wife here. The place is really a lovely one to live, walkable to the beach. Very peaceful

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

We had a fantastic stay at Ayaiza’s place! My wife and I were in the process of moving to St. Petersburg, and this cozy studio was the perfect home base while we got our permanent home set up. The apartment was compact but incredibly well thought out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The separate kitchen was a great size and the bathroom was clean and modern. There were so many thoughtful touches, like cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge, that really made us feel welcome. Ayaiza was also a wonderful host, communicating proactively and answering all our questions quickly and clearly. The location was ideal, just minutes from our new home, and the self check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Overall, the space was spotless, stylish, and felt like it was designed with care and attention to detail. We’d gladly stay again.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Bonus there was a garage to keep our car off the street. It was within a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t find one thing we would change.

Fabulous stay while we were in Clearwater! Immaculate place, very well stocked and equipped from kitchen, to cleaning supplies to towels and linens! Felt right at home. Great communication with the host. Walkable to a shops and restaurants. Felt very secure in a gated community. All the amenities we could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful stay with Juli and Brian. They were actively ready to help and assist us at any time, and were truly friendly. They provided many useful amenities, such as the bikes, which truly helped us get around and explore Clearwater. The unit had a very home-like feeling and was truly welcoming. As for the location, it was perfect for us as it was right next to everything. It was a 5-minute walk from the grocery store, as well as a 5-minute walk from a trolley that travels down to Clearwater Beach, as well as St.Pete Beach. Additionally, there were a lot of fun locations to bike to in the area. Absolutely would stay again!

Our experience staying here was great! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard was so beautiful and felt so tropical, and even with the shared pool, you have your own side of privacy. The bed was so comfortable and so were the couches. Had some rainy days and we were still able to cuddle up in the living room and watch some movies, the extra blankets provided were great! A huge bonus was the washer and dryer!! The beach amenities were also so great to have!! Truly this place had everything we needed! Overall we LOVED this place and hope to definitely book again! :)

Everything went smooth. Answered any questions I had quickly between Bryce and Donna. I will say I will keep this place in mind but maybe rent out 311 since it has a yard for my two dogs. It was very clean and had enough stuff for making dinners for 4 people. Bed was comfy and place was clean

Diana was super responsive and had a great place. We had an initial complication with the fridge, but Diana helped us resolve it as soon as possible. The location is great, the Avalon is an awesome place to stay. Would recommend 👍🏻

Stephen was great! He was extremely responsive and on top of everything! We had a situation arise out of his control and he took the initiative to contact Airbnb for us so we did not have to and could enjoy the rest of our vacation! Would love to stay again if I come back to the area!

we absolutely love staying at Aaron’s !! This was our first time in the upstairs unit, it was so spacious and clean . we really loved all the windows !!! It is walking distances to all the things you need the beach , Lisa’s brunch , John pass shops and restaurants , and 7 eleven !!! As always we will be back

Building is very well located, to get to the beach you just across the parking lot and the street. Building is oriented north/south, can see sunrise from the back balcony and sunset from the front door (but the best sunset views are from the beach). Pool is on the east side so during hot late afternoons it’s in the shade but the water is warm. Condo is stocked with everything one needs including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, tennis and pickleball rackets, etc. Agnes is a very gracious, responsive host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

We want to thank you for such a wonderful weekend! Your unit was so pristine and beautiful. We loved the entire decoration scheme. The crown moldings and the high baseboards added so much. Both bathrooms were beautifully done with large showers. The kitchen had all new appliances along with an ice maker that was definitely used well! The high speed internet was very appreciated as well. We loved your unit and were so happy we chose you for our weekend getaway!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!

This condo was exactly as it was described, the beach was beautiful and the pool was really nice. We found a lot of local restaurants that were delicious. The owners/management was very responsive to the two request that we made prior to our stay. Everything was handled really well.
