I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, if not better. What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the host. They were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s clear they really care about their guests. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more welcoming experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

Kids loved the pool! Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the outside patio . Kitchen had everything needed . Def would stay again

There were beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and toys. Also plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well equipped. Our grandkids enjoyed the downstairs game room

The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for 3 adults and a toddler. Walking distance from the beach made it even better! Susi and George were extremely responsive when we had questions and even made sure to send us local recommendations. Our first vacation with our toddler was extremely smooth with much help to them!

The house is beautiful and clean. Beach access is not quite as close as I wanted but thats on me for not researching better. Host's are very responsive. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Not a good walkable area for shops/restaurants. Definitely need a mode of transportation. Overall we had a wonderful time.

100% would recommend. Mariem is a great host. Very responsive. The house is great - just like the pictures. It is very clean and Mariem has provided many extra things with the house (board games, beach towels and chairs, etc.). 10/10 experience.

We had a great family vacation here with 6 adults and 3 children. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. The house is equipped with plenty of beach towels, chairs, floats and toys. The kitchen, too, had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Jimmy is a nice guy and is easy to reach if you need anything. We’d definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly how it was described and even better. Spacious, clean, filled with fun and convenient accessories for the house, pool and beach. I wish all AirBnB homes were like this. We had a great time. Thank you!!!

We loved the place from start to finish great location, great hosts, wonderful pool and outdoor area, close to the beach love the bikes and all the baby amenities since we brought our grandson. Comfortable bed very quiet would definitely stay here again. Dan and Susan are the best hosts. We loved it here.

This stay was great ! The pool was a very nice amenity that we enjoyed, the game room was used immensely by everyone ! The rooms and bathrooms were great though we spent a lot of time in the kitchen and the living room ! Very close to the freeway which we used everyday and very close to grocery stores and Walgreens! The stay was great and Maria helped us a lot on some unexpected arrival times ! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Mark's place was great. I would definitely stay there again with my family highly recommend his place.

Steve & Boyd were very responsive, any questions we had were answered within 15-30 minutes. The area is nice and quiet, and the privacy provided by the large fenced in yard around the pool area was great. The home fit our group of 10 well, and we had room for more. The pool area was beautiful and the highlight of the home for our group. The location is 15-20 minutes to beaches and great restaurants. I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking to spend time around the pool, visit the beach, or check out the local area. We will definitely look to stay at this property or another one of Steve & Boyd’s if we are in the Tampa Bay Area again. Thank you for the hospitality!

We picked this listing because we wanted a home base where we could hang out as a whole family. From the pool, to the comfy living room and dining room set up, there was always space for all of us. This is probably one of the most well stocked rentals I've been to. From kitchen items to extra bedding and beach/pool items, whatever you can possibly need was there!

It was a nice place to stay, very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool, they had lots of Floaties and towels to use, had all the amenities that we needed while staying.

Great beach house close to tons of amenities. My daughter loved the games and bunk beds, and as an anal mama, I appreciated the vacuum to suck away sand. Loved the fact that there were amenities in the kitchen and chairs for the beach. All-in-all it was a great stay and Candice was a phenomenal host 😁

We’ve been getting a place in this area every year since 2018 to visit family. This is by far the best place yet! As soon as we walked in, it looked and smelled clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home, plenty of essentials and plenty of things to do with my adult children and their adult cousins that came for a visit. (bumper pool, poker, darts, shuffleboard, cornhole, and swimming in the pool) it was just perfect and everyone had a great time! Some places we stayed at in the past we usually always found at least something that we had to either rewash or not use at all, but not in this place! Can’t say it enough on how SUPER clean this place was! I would definitely stay here again, and if I could, I would give it more than a five star rating! Also, it was a nice surprise to find out that before you leave all you have to do is take out the trash especially when you have an early flight to catch! Our stay was more than we could’ve hoped for! When we arrived the space was unbelievably clean and also had just about everything we needed for the whole week. Nicole is also an amazing host, and her response time to any questions we had during our stay was almost immediate. She is definitely the best host i’ve ever had, and she made our week so easy with her help and a beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful house on a quiet street, packed with amenities, a spacious pool, and gorgeous views of the causeway. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. We had a great long weekend here!

John’s home is very clean comfortable and beautiful. I recommend anyone looking to be close to beach to stay at John’s. Me and my family had an incredible five day stay. I give him 10 stars. Thanks again for all your hospitality. You were wonderful. He is an amazing host. Until next time John!

Jeanne really put the extra touches on this place to make it feel like home (k-cups for machine, wood for fire pit, a few spices and oil etc). Quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach, but I would walk to avoid parking. A mile from the main restaurant area but several places right next to the home. Porino for breakfast next door was amazing, cheap pool and bar food at Rockhouse across the street, the menu looked great at Forcetta and Italian place we never got time to try are less than 1/2 a mile. Publix is walkable. All amenities work as expected. Lots of towels. Thoughtfully decorated. Huge private yard. Would definitely stay again. Our favorite dining was Turkish Flame it was 3 miles away on the main strip, amazing Turkish cuisine.
