The flat, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, a large bedroom and a passage room with a single bed. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 200 square metres equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, with the exception of the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with the guests of the other flat. A ceiling fan is available in the flat for your comfort.

The studio apartment consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed (queen-size bed), a double bed in the sleeping area (double mattresses resting on a Japanese tatami) and a bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet and air conditioning. It is a small and cozy flat, decorated with mosaics. It is situated in an alley inside the walls of the wonderful medieval village of Lari, 30 meters from the castle.

La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Our property is an old traditional Tuscany farmhouse, completely renovated in the last year. The old farm La Tonnaia gave its name to the street where our house is located. It is an ideal holiday home as a base for daily trips throughout Tuscany, but also for those who want a quiet place to relax whit friends or family, write, paint, compose music.
