The space has been thoughtfully designed in order to maximize the square footage!

This unforgettable tiny house is full of charm and far from ordinary. Perfectly located—just a 10-minute walk to Downtown Loveland and a short 10-minute drive to the serene shores of Boyd Lake—you’ll be right in the heart of everything Loveland has to offer. *Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. *Please note that the tiny house is located on the owner's property to the rear of the detached garage.

Private Studio in Old Town

This studio was built in the summer of 2016 and is fully furnished with everything you will need. It is located less than a mile from beautiful Old Town Fort Collins! Very comfortable for 2-4 people, kid/family friendly with a couch that converts to a bed in the downstairs living space. I also have two classic bikes for guests to use during their stay.
