Great house. Luxurious and spotless. All quality and functional. We highly recommend it. We are a family with two children in school age. We spent 3 nights cool. The tavern doesn't have great food.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful stand-alone house in Giannouli, Larisa. The home is part of a quiet complex of four houses, offering both privacy and a sense of security. The house itself was spotless, modern, and very thoughtfully designed — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor space was peaceful and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The location was ideal: close enough to Larisa for easy access to the city, but tucked away enough to enjoy a calm and authentic Greek neighborhood feel. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the area! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Larisa or the surrounding region!

Dionysis was particularly communicative at any time and moment needed. The place corresponded exactly to the description. There was tranquility, our dog was welcome, easy parking and definitely on a next visit to the area I will prefer this place. Thank you so much for hosting!

It was exactly as described. The instructions were understandable and clear. When I arrived I wanted to extend my stay and I did not know how since I was using the app for the first time and the host was very kind and guided me completely. The apartment is in a very good area next to the center and parking stations. He had everything around him. It goes without saying that when I go to Larissa again, I will choose it again.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was very clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped. Communication with the host was friendly and straightforward. I'd come back anytime – clear recommendation!

Grigorios's place is a luxury apartment, located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk (5 or less) from downtown Larissa and its excellent restaurants. The apartment is very clean, and every little detail is well cared for. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment can be reached by an elevator. Having an underground parking place so close to downtown is very convenient. Grigorios is a very friendly, kind, responsive and interesting person and host. We had long discussions with him on various subjects. His restaurant and site recommendations were spot on. Grigorios turned our visit to Larissa to be a memorable one.

Spotless apartment and great location, right next to the center of Larissa where is the market, the shops,cafes and the nightlife of Larissa. Great communication with Mr. Panos and before we arrived at the accommodation and everything we needed during our stay.

Great one week stay in Larisa at Aggeliki's cozy studio-apartment which has a fabulous location (both near green recreational space along the riverside and shops, restaurants and taverns of the centre!) and all possible amenities and utensils you might think to need. Loved it, hope to be back to this home from home soon!

All very nice,very clean and tidy. Mr. Panos very helpful and communicative with everything we needed. Finally, I would like to add that it was next to the center the location from the apartment and it was easy to check in. It was definitely worth the money we gave and we will prefer it again when we meet in beautiful Larissa!

The space in the city center, spotless, with municipal free parking nearby or inexpensive private parking just across the street. The owner was very friendly, had everything inside for coffee, and the bathroom spotless and fully equipped

we found the apartment a great place to stay as a last minute booking for our stay in Larissa. was in a quire area and basement floor made it a good comfortable temperature as Larissa is known to be very hot!
