Cozy nest, terrace, exceptional view, pool

The property is disinfected after each rental. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old as the garden is on a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

Calm, serenity and nature.

You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

Au pied des randonnées, possibilité d'effectuer de jolies balades avec vue sur mer au départ du logement (Proximité Argeles sur mer, Collioure,...) La Grange de Maya: atypical, sea, rural charm

La grange , située entre le Boulou et Argelès, au pied des Albères, a gardé ses pierres et son charme ancien. Elle est située prés de la plage de sable et la cote rocheuse vers Collioure, près de l'Espagne, idéale pour découvrir la région. Ce logement , dans une grange mitoyenne à la notre, n'a pas vocation à recevoir les fêtes et regroupements., il est conçu dans un esprit maison de famille , parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis 4 personnes au maximum .

Le casot: between the sea and the mountain

Built on the edge of a century-old olive grove, this small independent cottage, called casot, is a building under traditional construction. The interior takes over the ancient elements of Catalan architecture while combining a deliberately modern decoration. The site although on the edge of the subdivision is quiet. The rental is located in the foothills of the Albères and maybe the start of many hikes, for all levels, while being close to the beaches.

The Studio opens on a closed and shaded courtyard (it overlooks a pleasant garden). The apartment by its troglodyte form is naturally cool in summer. This apartment is ideally located 20 minutes from the beach, in a beautiful region, for us ideally located 20 minutes from Céret, for our family reunions. This apartment has largely accommodated our 3 families. It was identical to Caroline's description, with beautiful decoration, respectful of the environment and very well equipped. Fabulous! Be careful when parking (as Caroline had mentioned, 1 parking space nearby and a parking lot not far away! But the Catalans often party especially the weekend of Pentecost, and the places are popular. Caroline has nothing to do with it!) We highly recommend this accommodation and this host! We hope to return soon!

We had a lovely stay. Those views! We never got tired of them! The only slight negative was the weather, which was a bit disappointing. In the afternoon, on the sunny days the terrace didn't get the sun until late afternoon, by which time the wind was pretty strong!

We loved our stay at Laroque des Alberes at Dawn's place. Recommended! Beautiful home in the center, well maintained and perfect as described. Upon arrival everything was neat, a nice start of our vacation. Pleasant pool, the pool boy has been by 2x during our 10 day stay. Only point for improvement is a working BBQ, this gives the summer vacation an extra summer punch. We will definitely be back.
