It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is espaliered. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. The property is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

The interior incorporates the old elements of Catalan architecture while combining a deliberately modern decor. The site, although on the edge of the subdivision, is quiet. The rental is located in the foothills of the Albera and can be the start of many hikes, for all levels, while being close to the beaches.

The accommodation is situated in an old stone house in the heart of a Catalan village; near restaurants (6), beach (10 min drive), hiking (from the village). The Studio opens on a closed and shaded courtyard (it overlooks a pleasant garden). The apartment by its troglodyte form is naturally cool in summer. Quiet and intimate, it is perfect for couples, solo travelers and four-legged friends. Parking in the village (100m).
