A large studio (35 m2, completely separate and with its own entrance from the house which it was once part of), located right in the heart of the village and within 200m distance to shops and restaurants. The studio has its own private terrace and no immediate neighbours, providing a beautiful view onto the Albère mountains. Perfectly situated for hiking (just a few minutes' walk away) and with beaches accessible in just 10 mins by car!

Ce logement est situé dans un lieu très calme proche du départ des sentiers de randonnée. A proximité du centre du village de Laroque des Albères, et des restaurants et commerces, venez passer un agréable séjour dans cet appartement indépendant à seulement 15 min des plages. Le logement se compose d'une chambre avec un lit en 160x200 ou 2 lits en 80x200, un salon avec canapé convertible 2 places et cuisine équipée, une SDB et WC séparé ainsi qu'une terrasse couverte et un exterieur arboré.

La grange , située entre le Boulou et Argelès, au pied des Albères, a gardé ses pierres et son charme ancien. Elle est située prés de la plage de sable et la cote rocheuse vers Collioure, près de l'Espagne, idéale pour découvrir la région. Ce logement , dans une grange mitoyenne à la notre, n'a pas vocation à recevoir les fêtes et regroupements., il est conçu dans un esprit maison de famille , parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis 4 personnes au maximum .

We live in a peaceful and typical village ideally located in the South of France, close to the sandy beaches of the Med, Argeles sur mer ( 10 minutes' drive), the Côte Vermeille ( with the famous spot Collioure ( 15 minutes' drive ), but also, 20 minutes' drive to the Spanish border, Le Perthus and in 20 minutes, you can visit Figueras and its Dali 's Museum, and cool down in the Costa Brava, rent a boat or jet ski in Rosas....
