Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. Just like home 🫶🏼 A great experience! We'll be back. My partner and I went with our dog to celebrate my birthday and we couldn't have been better. The apartment, the surroundings, the area, everything is great. The apartment is just as it is in the photos, cozy, charming, clean and super cared for. We were greeted by Maria and Asier, a lovely couple. Very close and attentive from the first moment. With a very relaxed conversation, they help in everything that is in their power. We'll be back soon! We were at an ideal temperature for what it's doing in our area now! We would have stayed. The recommendations of things to do and where to eat that they gave us, were super successful. Thank you for everything!

All aspects of the stay were perfect. We were 5 young couples spending the weekend. Elena took care to make clear everything we could do and how we could take advantage of the time. She was also attentive in case we had any improvises. The house is perfect if you are looking to feel at home. Renovated and at the same time with original details of the house. A 10/10.

Really lovely hosts always ensuring everything was just perfect. Very thoughtful leaving little local gifts of yoghurt and fruit for us. It is a very quiet place, great views and walks close by. I would say hire car important to explore the local Urdaubai area.

We spent a weekend in this house and we loved it, it has all the amenities and the surroundings are beautiful. Each room has its own fully equipped and very clean bathroom. From the second I booked the beautiful villa in Sunbilla with Carmen and José, they took great care of advising with best activities, supporting with arrival and providing a wonderful clean home with all necessary amenities. We especially loved the restaurant elotxuri and the lake in natural reserve. We would love to come back when the pool is open next time. Thank you Carmen and José!

Kerman's accommodation is lovely... Despite a stay in the middle of summer (very hot) we had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation with our whole group (group of 8)! Kerman was very welcoming and always ready to give advice despite a more than busy period for him with the management of the catering for the ferias of the surrounding villages... Only regret, therefore, not having been able to enjoy his restaurant closed during this holiday period... We will have to come back to test it ;-)!

Wow, what great house. The location is absolutely stunning in a little village with beautiful mountain views. The house itself is great—they’ve done a great job renovating and the whole thing feels very new and fresh and clean. A perfect place for a peaceful escape. Great communication as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this house. It is spacious and very well equipped, nicely furnished and it is pleasant to stay there. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed it, the covered terrace allows you to eat outside even when it rains. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

The accommodation and its hosts, exceptional. The house offers many possibilities to enjoy the outdoors, games and exceptional habitability and comfort. It is worth spending enough time to enjoy both the house and the surroundings. The hosts are attentive at all times, very kind and knowledgeable about the area for visits, excursions... We were 12 people and we were very comfortable. The games room is great and although we couldn't enjoy it much the garden is spectacular.

A very complete house, we were a group of friends with children. And it offered us everything we were looking for. A detail the foosball, the pin pong and the squash court!

If you love peace, quiet and nature then this is the place for you. It exceeded all our expectations and we couldn’t have asked for more! Garbiñe and her family are so friendly and although no English spoken we managed to communicate perfectly with Google Translate - we laughed at our mistakes. On the day we arrived they were there to meet us with a wonderful cake made by Garbiñe’s Mum and of course, there is Eri and Puppi, the extremely friendly dogs - just lovely! The immaculate house is full of wonderful and personal touches and the garden is just beautiful and wonderfully maintained. You can see that a lot of time love and dedication is spent here! We took a lovely walk into the woods, accompanied by Eri who couldn’t wait to swim in the river. It is with sad hearts that we had to leave and were are already planning our return next year. A home that feels like home. Juan Manuel was very kind and attentive, and helped us with everything we needed. Eskuernaga is a very beautiful town that can be easily explored in a short time. There was a bottle of wine from Juan Manuel's winery to welcome us, thank you very much 😊

Wonderful environment and a very cozy house, very large, with fireplace and gallery. Everything was very clean, a bathroom in each room and it was beautifully decorated. The ceilings with wooden beams are spectacular. The deal with Txomin was super friendly and left us eggs, bread and homemade pacharán as a welcome gift.

Barbara's accommodation in Eguillor is beautiful in every way: space, beautiful decor, perfect amenities, an enchanting setting, a soul linked to the past of the place. We benefited from the excellent advice of the owners and with Navarre we discovered a superb region, while we only knew the French side of the Basque Country. We would definitely stay again!

It's been a great stay at Iñigo's place. We felt right at home. It has everything you need to spend a few days with your family. It is suitable for traveling with friends, as a family, with young children. Great views, a very bright, spacious and comfortable house, a fireplace that provides extra comfort. A very quiet but easily accessible area. Iñigo has been pending and accessible for anything we need. Very good host, he has shared suggestions of places to visit, where to eat... We will definitely be back in the area and will be happy to stay at their house again. Esker mila Iñigo eta familia, etxe bikaina ederki zaindua, bueltatuko gara sicu!

I cannot recommend this house enough! We were there as a group of 8 for a week long climbing trip. Lerate is pretty central to the crags in the area (particularly close to Etxauri and San Fausto) so location wise the house was great. You are also a short walk from the lake which is stunning and great for a swim. There isn’t much by way of restaurants etc nearby, although the camp site has a good bar and does good quality basic meals with friendly service. The house itself is really well equipped for a big group and the listing describes everything accurately. Only thing it didn’t have was a kettle (not on the listing so it wasn’t missing) so we bought a cheap one as we are a bunch of tea drinkers! Overall, we had a really great stay and may well be back in the future.
