Charming detached house with large and sheltered garden. Centrally located on Framnes both near the lake and the city. Bed linen and use of kitchen utensils are included. The house has 3 bedrooms (one larger and two smaller), two small living rooms (one can be used for extra bedrooms), a large and well-equipped kitchen and large hallway. One of the living rooms is currently used as a playroom. Here are both books and toys that you can use. The house is a short distance to both swimming opportunities, coastal path and the city center.

This is recreation for the soul and a good place to be. Live with the sea right in front of you and the beautiful Bøkeskogen right behind. You have everything within reach; Bølgen cultural centre, Indre Havn, beach, Spa, town, restaurants, hiking, coastal path, training, transport. Everything within a 5-10 minute walk.

Huset har tre flotte uteområder som er møblert og god utsikt over fjorden. Verandaen strekker seg rundt huset og det er stor plen for barna å boltre seg på. Utestue med peis. Stor grill. Vi bor i huset til daglig og har to barn på 9+12 år så vi har uteleker/SUP og annet som kan lånes. 5 soverom med gode senger.

We primarily want full week rentals during summer time. Garage with two car chargers. Several nice playgrounds in the area.

The house is modern and spacious and located in peaceful area with short walk to kystien. It is only 2,5 km from Stavern center and there are plenty of walking and biking trails nearby. The house is fully furnished and has a big garden that kids can play outside. It is possible to charge electric car with extra costs.
