The train station is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the amenities of a modern home and features slow-burning heating, with firewood provided for the entire stay. Each guest must bring their own towels. A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

A small cabin surrounded by fruit trees and very cozy nature. The master bedroom is in an attic. There is a sofa bed on the first floor, with a terrace, swimming pool, parking, and a small grill. Ideal for a couple only, with a child or companion. We have laundry. The cost for 10 kgs. is $5,000.00 and includes drying. Heating is only for winter. We rent a kayak for 2 people and a Canadian canoe
