Me, my wife and 3 small children have just spent the last week of February here and what a fantastic property. A little out the way from Costa Teguise centre but if you stay somewhere like this a hire car is a must, so this was not a problem. The property is huge and the photos in the add do not do it justice. The kids loved the games room and cinema room even tho we only used the cinema room twice. The pool was a nice size and we all enjoyed having our own private pool. The area the property is situated is very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of shops close by and it is only a 5 minute drive to the main part of Teguise for restaurants and the beach. This was probably a little too big for a family of 5 but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this property to anyone. All in all we had a fantastic time and we are thinking of returning next year.

The villa was the perfect base for two families with three children aged 1-5. The bedrooms were big enough for us and the downstairs area was a godsend for energetic children - a large enough garden that even allowed them to run around the entire house, and the lovely pool was perfect for afternoon giggles. Whilst not much to do around the neighbourhood (it's basically a grid of identical villas), the fact that there was a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away was perfect for our needs. The only downside is that the villa itself is adjacent to the main road, so there will be some noise and unfortunately quite a bit of dust coming into the garden. The amenities were great - I was surprised to find five different devices for brewing coffee (loved it!), pots, pans, and all the utensils. There was even a grill we sadly didn't get the chance to use. There are plenty of seating areas that allowed us to lounge in the shade or bask in the sun - this place was truly a perfect fit for us!

This house was perfect for us, we were here visiting with a yacht and needed somewhere to stay while she was being worked on out of the water. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and the beach. A great family house. Would definitely book again of the need arose. Thank you Jorge

Wow what can I say. Just had a week stay at this villa and it was amazing. Communication from Christian has been excellent and all questions answered. Always a quick response. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed. I would like to thanks for the bottle of coke and water which were very welcomed after the long journey. We all had a fantastic holiday. Weather was perfect and we couldn’t have had a nicer week. Thank you 😁 Paid extra for the pool to be heated and that was well worth it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Martin tout est très beau et confortable. Le paysage apaisant et une atmosphère intimiste, c'est de loin le spot que nous avons préféré sur l'île. Mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure et la venue de Terra (petit chien d'un voisin lointain) tous les soirs pour partager de la bonne humeur.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Host was responsive and gave great information and advice, when needed. The apartment is lovely, especially with having 2 full bathrooms. It was nice having beach towels provided along with all bathroom toiletries and kitchen cleaning equipment. It is literally a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. You can then continue to walk to find small coves/bays to snorkel, paddle and sun bathe. There are bars and restaurants on the street outside. However, turn right on the main street to the top of the hill and you are then a 5 minute walk into the main area with many more lively bars and restaurants. This is a lovely base if you want to travel around Lanzarote. We hired a car and visited Playa Blanca, Arrecife, Timanfaya National Park and Puerto del Carmen. All easy to get to and from. The pool was exceptionally cold! Didn’t stop our boys having a dip. The sun was out on the patio area from morning til 5pm whilst we were there - perfect.
