The location is great, gated community that is safe. We loved our stay in playa coco and the community was great.

Very good place for families

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

Amazing views. The complex is very secure with a guarded gate. Two pools and a gym. Only feedback is the AC units are undersized for the villa, especially the master bedrooms. It was 85 degrees at night inside with the AC running on high. The unit needs bigger AC units that are appropriate for its size. For the price, we should not be sweating to death at night. Other than that, great place.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. You will not lack anything to have a safe, comfortable, clean and overall complete stay in this accommodation since it really meets all the necessary needs and amenities. Elodie always responded quickly and effectively and provided all the necessary information so that there was no inconvenience when checking in or checking out. He also gave recommendations for tours, restaurants, and everything we needed for our stay. I certainly recommend this house and I would certainly stay there again without thinking twice. This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Playa Flamingo. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful views from both balconies, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The location is fantastic, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The pool was also a highlight It was super clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. Highly recommend!

Great and huge condo. Awesome patio view, you can heard waves, birds and monkeys. Very large rooms and shared spaces. 3 full bathrooms was helpful for our group. Well stocked kitchen. If we had a need the management company was extremely helpful and quick to response. Proactive communication by the management company. Great value, I highly recommend. Only slight downside is getting to beach isn’t far, but not direct from the condo. Wish they shared a pathway with neighboring properties. But not a horrible walk at all.

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

This was the final stay of our 2 week trip in Costa Rica and easily our favorite stay. David was such a lovely host, a kindred spirit as my wife would say, and very helpful. The condo had everything you could need, even beach equipment like chairs, cooler and boogie boards. It was very homey and stocked with all your general essentials, even less common items like a crockpot! We had a 10/10 stay and hope to be back again soon! Thank you David!

Beautiful Airbnb and amazing views of Tamarindo coast line! The views added to such a great experience. Having washer and dryer is a plus. We used the access to the gym almost everyday! Host is extremely responsive and gave good recommendations. Location is ideal and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and town! This was one of the best Airbnb’s, both in location and functionality, that I’ve been at! Thank you!

Location was perfect. Unit was clean just needs some updates. If unit had sleeper sofa’s it would enhanced for 2 families to share the unit. Pool near building with working grill made it perfect to cook lunch and dinner there.

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. This house was absolutely incredible even better than the pictures! We stayed at the house for nine days and 2 families total. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The beds were so comfy, top of the line kitchen, the most gorgeous outdoor kitchen, etc etc! I could go on and on. We LOVED the outdoor pool area and the location was amazing. We hope to be back one day! Jessica was super responsive and a wonderful host. Pura Vida!

We had a great time! The location was fantastic - walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. Hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want both a beach town with great hospitality

We had the best time! We had a few small plumbing issues, Joel was immediately responsive and problems were solved within an hour. Restaurants: Rustico, Rural (Tamarindo), Lola’s. Beaches: playa Flamingo & Playa Avellana were our favorites. House is super family friendly with the open concept.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home. We loved the pool and used it multiple times a day. The pool area is perfect to listen and watch the monkeys. We cooked meals in the kitchen, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The community was very clean and safe. Lots of options to eat near by and the grocery store was close and easy to get to. Anytime we had a question they would respond very quickly. New houses are being built around the house so there is noise during the day, but that is mentioned in the write up.

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

A Peaceful Getaway Near the Beach It was a beautiful house close to the beach, and it was the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. Surrounded by nature, the property offered a private and peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation. Despite the secluded feel, it was just a short distance from town, making it easy to access restaurants and any essentials. For us was perfect because we were looking for a quiet escape or a balance between nature and accessibility, this place offers the best of both worlds! Looking forward to visit again.

This little condo was well worth all the tedious searching to find the perfect place for my husband and I on our second honeymoon. Not only does it feel like you're surrounded by the tropical forest even though you're in the city of Tamarindo, the vibes and amenities our top-notch. The bedroom got plenty of natural light which felt very romantic and bright in the morning. Really great storage for personal belongings. I love the real plants well taken care of inside and outside of the house. The kitchen was super well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our own food. The front patios hammock is perfectly placed as well and was great for morning coffee and reading. The 10-minute walk to our favorite beach for a delicious breakers in the morning, surrounded by howler monkeys and amazing birds was the cherry on top! p.s. there's a gym right across the street which is awesome. Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!
