Monthly Rentals in Las Lagunas

This is a small apartment with one bedroom. The apartment is clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need for a short or medium stay. The equipment is fully functional and in good condition. The mattress was a bit firm, but to my surprise, Francisco brought a different, softer one. The location isn’t ideal, but you can walk to downtown in 15 minutes and to the seaside boulevard in 20 minutes. A shopping center and department stores are just around the corner. The view isn’t great, but this may change once the nearby construction is finished. I would recommend Francisco and his place.

A modern, well appointed and comfortable apartment with large balcony to relax on. Views over the resort which is a 5 minute walk away with supermarkets next door. The resort is not too large or busy so is easy to walk around with excellent choices for eating and drinking. Would recommend for couples and families alike.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very welcomed! The apartment was clean, located in a quiet area, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was well-prepared, even for our pet. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊🏡✨

We had a great week at Raquel's place. His hospitality and thoughtful touches were a pleasure. Raquel is adorable, friendly and attentive to his hosts. She speaks very good French. The apartment is perfect, very clean and very well equipped with a beautiful view. Well located in a residential and quiet area close to points of interest and beaches. Thank you for everything and for the candles on the day of the big power outage. One of our best experiences on Airbnb.
