My family and I loved the accommodation, as it had all the amenities to stay, the pool is super cool and a good size. Paulina was very kind and accessible. It will undoubtedly be our first choice for an upcoming trip.

The stay was comfortable, it looks the same and as in the photos. It was very easy to get there and our host was on top of everything, Mrs. Goyita was very nice and explained everything about the house. It's a good place to stay as it's close to the beach

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

It is a beautiful house, with an excellent view, the entire house is very comfortable in its facilities and it is not difficult to access it. The only detail is the entrance to the property has a very steep slope and if you carry elderly people its downhill is very complicated which is never mentioned in the directions. Mr. q takes care of an excellent person and very flexible, as is the cleaning lady. RECOMMENDED AT 100

Excellent stay! Everything from the beginning was perfect. The communication and attention of Rodrigo and Mrs. Sara was always kind and attentive and they were always aware of what we needed. Rodrigo was always very open to our requests and was very accessible above all. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to have fun and enjoy it. Everything is just as it is in the photos. It's well worth it. As an extra point, Sara's excellent food preparation service, delicious cooking.

The house is more beautiful than in the photos, it is very spacious, easy to move around since it was for two people in wheelchairs... The size of the pool is excellent and the water temperature is delicious, we always had hot water in the showers... In general, the whole stay was excellent since Diana answered any questions I had very quickly, apart from having a very good location and it is a very quiet area, it is undoubtedly a highly recommended house, I would rent it again on a next occasion.

Excellent place. We liked the house very much. Very spacious and quiet. First time I've visited and I'd like to return. Lino is a very good person, friendly and attentive at all times. He takes care of you wonderfully and is very attentive. I recommend the house and the services that Lino offers 100%. Thank you for everything, Lino. It was a great weekend.

The house is spacious, the beds are good and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hammock! Everyone slept well and had a good time!

Villa de Natalia is amazing, the area is super safe, it's the ideal villa to spend time with the family. Mrs. Edith, who helped us with meals during our stay, makes everything easier when you travel in a group. Everything delicious, super service.

Everything was very good, we had bad weather and yet we were able to enjoy the stay because the house is so complete. There is a lot of commerce nearby, the area feels very quiet and safe.

Excellent experience, the house and the place look better in person than in photos, it is a very quiet place with a lot of privacy, Jorge was always attentive, gave us recommendations and the staff who work there are also always attentive and friendly. It's a great place to travel with pets.

The house has an excellent view, and has everything you need in terms of equipment. We had an amazing time. The two people who help with both general issues and the kitchen have an excellent attitude and help you with everything.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! I love how this house has check in after 11 a.m. and check out after 1 p.m. - which is very rare but allows for more time to enjoy the stay. We were 11 adults and the bedrooms were a great size with comfortable, clean beds, cool A/C and the amount of bathrooms was plenty. The four staff were friendly and attentive. It was great being greeted with agua de Jamaica when we arrived and offered a tour of the house. We enjoyed the delicious meals from the cook, not having to clean or go grocery shopping! It was nice to have someone always there for any questions or things we might need. The pool and view were beautiful! We enjoyed the billiard table and big dining room table for family meals. The house is in a great and very safe location. We were close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Just be careful if eating ceviche because it was delicious and fresh but half of us got food poisoning. I definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was simply spectacular. The house is beautiful, spacious, impeccable and with a view that leaves you breathless. Every corner is designed for rest and enjoyment: private pool, comfortable spaces, elegant decoration and all the comforts you can imagine. But what really made the difference was the attention and service, especially Chef Karina. Her seasoning is extraordinary: every meal was delicious, it was like being in a luxury restaurant... but in the comfort of the house! Mary Carmen is super attentive, I definitely recommend her 100%

The three of us had an incredible stay at Carlos House. Communication -in english- with Carlos was friendly, prompt and easy. We were allowed to arrive a little early and thats when we met the staff: Marysol, Diego and Lorenzo (and friendly guard dog Rocky). We were overwhelmed by the house. Its stunning lay out, beautiful landscaping, amazing pool and gorgeous vintage bedrooms. We were hoping for a touch of history in this house, and it is all there. Virtually untouched through the decades and seemingly well protected during the violent storms that did so much damage to Acapulco just a few years ago. Our days were filled with fun, sun, views, swims and more on the pooldeck. The pool is stunning. The views from the pool deck could not have been more spectacular from sunrise to sunset. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch, prepared by Marysol, every day in the dining room on the top floor. The food was delicious. Thank you so much for having us as your guests. A truly magical visit.

Highly recommended, the attention is always timely, it is central, very close there are commercial shops as well as restaurants where you eat well, I would keep it as one of my options for future trips.

The place is family friendly. Exactly like the pictures shown. It was amazing place to stay, you are close to everything. & the views are totally worth everything. The staff is very friendly & were available when needed during our stay.

The house is beautiful, fully equipped and functional (everything works perfectly), as offered and shown in the photos. Luis coordinated the reception clearly and effectively. The area is quiet and easily accessible to the esplanade, beaches and downtown. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and tidy, which is appreciated.
