Ana Cristina has been one of the best hosts we have ever had in Airbnb rents. Super attentive, attentive to our needs, food recommendations since the area is not so commercial. It was never delayed in answering our messages and always extraordinary in everything!

The apartment was in perfect condition with a very spacious kitchen, too bad it was not very well stocked with pots and pans. During my stay there was a blackout in the whole area, the guys promptly provided us with candles and ice for our food. Thank you very much.

Nice cozy place, we loved it, and Jose and his sister were so nice and they gave us best quality coffee in the morning for free, also he was available at anytime . Definitely worth it!!

Beautifully designed, every detail has been carefully thought of to ensure a memorable stay. Whether you're lounging in a hammock with a morning coffee or indulging in a sunset cocktail, the outdoor space offers a front-row seat to the gentle waves. The area is a quiet town and walkable to several local beachfront restaurants and convenience stores. But the true highlight of this is Stacey’s hospitality. She arranged for yoga at the property and helped arrange a tee time at a local golf course. She went above and beyond when our rental car broke down by helping us to communicate and arrange for the rental company to retrieve the car. Highly recommend!

There aren't enough stars in the sky to leave an accurate review. This place was exactly what we needed, our perfect little get away. Daniel is the best and we hope to come back soon. I personally bookmarked this listing, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Mariella has all the quality of a great host. My group and I had some unexpected inconveniences due to Covid-19 and Mariella was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating to our needs and situation. She was helpful and easy to reach and talk to. As you can see in the pictures the apartment is beautiful and San Juan del sur is a favorite destination for many visiting Nicaragua!

Great place for the price considering you are getting a private room with AC a block from the beach. There’s no instructions and limited info on the listing but the host gives all the instructions over message and in person.

Mar was a wonderful host, always responsive. The apartment was comfortable and its proximity to the beach made the vacation peaceful and serene. Will be coming back here when we return to San Juan.

We had a great stay in San Juan del Sur! There were four of us, and the house was modern, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. The beach was within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, both walkable and just a quick drive away. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed the accommodations! Very comfy beds and peaceful surroundings. Close to SJDS, which was nice to enjoy dinner out.
