The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, which makes it perfect for those who want to cook and have privacy. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning and heating, which ensures a comfortable stay any time of the year. Guests book their stay for the listed accommodation; it is important to read the rules of the listing as smoking is prohibited in any area of the listing. The floor has hot water heater; each thermos is capable of generating 120 liters of hot water, then it will recharge the same amount of water in 45-60 min. It is important to note that if you wash the slabs, clothes, and bathe all the members of the reservation at the same time, the thermos can be sold out and you will have to wait for the indicated time to recharge again.

It was an old cabinetmaking workshop from the 1950s, which I have transformed into a very practical studio, decorated with tools and images that I rescued from its previous use. It is unique!
