Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Terra Foc is a completely private one room space. The hotel has a private pool exclusively for the guests of this room. Next to the pool there is a "ranch" with kitchen and terrace also private. Most of our guests have called our place paradise, and it has been featured in a novel as such... There are five unique beaches from 5 to 25 minutes away, and we are 400m away from the waterfall.
