If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and peaceful side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s and was originally an old stable, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg, and Skanderborg. There is the possibility to use our campfire site, firewood is included. There is a private terrace with morning sun. On the farm there are horses, cows, chickens and turkeys. REMEMBER to bring your own bedding, otherwise it is possible to rent it. Payment for this is made upon arrival. REMEMBER to clean before departure.

The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace. It sleeps 4 guests comfortably. We have a sweet, child-friendly, and calm dog, and a gray cat that roams freely on the property. The dog and cat are not allowed in the apartment.
