Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

Nuevo apartamento privado, totalmente nuevo y equipado para viajeros. Ubicados en la misma calle Lastarria. Ubicado en el centro más turístico y el mejor sector de Santiago. Estarás rodeado de cultura, música, de arquitectura, de gastronomía. Excelente iluminación, y sin ruidos del exterior!!!. Cuenta con calefacción, Wifi, y todo lo esencial para contribuir a que tu viaje tenga una estadía acogedora y cómoda. Comfortable apartment in the heart of Lastarria neighborhood. Very bright. Independent living room with a very comfortable sofa. Ideal terrace to enjoy the sunsets. Room with bed 2 squares, high-end mattress, roller curtains and 43 inch smart tv. Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. You will be at home with all the comforts and air conditioning . Pool (in summer and closed on Monday).

Cozy, modern, and comfortable apartment located in the vibrant neighborhoods of Lastarria and Bellas Artes. Just steps away from the main tourist attractions, city center, nearby Walmart supermarket, restaurants and bars in the lively Bellavista neighborhood, San Cristóbal and Santa Lucía Hills. Metro stations around the corner. Don't stay "close" to Lastarria, stay IN Lastarria.
