Our stay at Sonia’s place was like a week in a fairy tale. To stay in an 18th century home in Tuscany with the front door on the town square and the private rear terrace with a million dollar view was extraordinary. As for comforts & conveniences: There’s a parking space in the gated backyard, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has lots of wine glasses. There’s also a well-stocked supermarket at the bottom of the backyard stairs. And if you see the food truck just below the center of town, be sure to stop for a sandwich. If you can get away from the terrace, Carolyn & Sonia recommended the restaurant Enoteca Baldi, and we do too.

What a fabulous setting and location. Perfect to explore the Chianti region and beyond. It’s roomy, everything you need is there, beautiful pool and a view to cherish. Dining on the terrace is a wonderful experience and with a vinyard with lovely wines available right next door what more do you need from a Tuscan holiday. All hosted perfectly by Fabio and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

Livio's place is located in a very peaceful town where there are vineyards nearby. it's pretty near to major attractions like Florence, Pisa, Siena, etc with less than 1 hour drive. The house has a full kitchen which we fully utilised to cook our dinner. oh a supermarket is nearby too if you're in need of something. Highly recommended to all who are looking for a near but yet far away from major attractions accommodation. thumb up!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. A modern house in a quiet environment with beautiful views. Brigitta was very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay.

absolutely amazing!! Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !

We highly recommend Casa Quinti. Beautiful villa, surrounded by authentic Tuscan nature. Irene did a great job at welcoming us and giving us recommendations. We went with our three little kids all below 5 years old and they loved it, especially the pool. The house had everything we needed. Grazie Mille!

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Great accommodation, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very warm hosts! We lacked nothing. We were here with 7 people for our training camp and had a fantastic time in the villa. It is really even more beautiful than we would have expected from the pictures. Surrounded by olive trees and only a handful of other houses, you can perfectly unwind - whether by the pool, in the garden or in the house itself. Zara and Mark are very accommodating and helpful. We immediately received an answer to every question and also a lot of helpful tips to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Zara showed us the surroundings on a short morning hike. We would never have found these places without them. We will be back for sure.

Stunningly beautiful location and property! Great location to access Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the other surrounding area’s. We couldn’t have asked for more from Serena and the team during our stay. Nothing was too much! It is safe to say that we have never stayed in a home and setting as perfect as this one!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

We booked the place for myself and my wife, my 2 daughters with thei husbands and my 4 grandchildren (aged 2 to 13) and their nunny. We all enjoyed our stay, we all felt we had privacy when we needed, and common areas to be all together. Excellent place for large families or parties. The host ready to answer all questions.

The home was located about 1/2 mile from several quaint small towns. Many great restaurants and tours through the beautiful hills and wine country. Very relaxing for family, friends or just to see you unwind by yourself. I highly recommend this location. Take advantage of tours arranged by Nicollo'and his family. We had a ball! Thank you.

A Tuscan Dream Come True! Claudia and Leonardo’s villa was everything we hoped for—and more! The house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. We stayed as an extended family of 9 & found it to be the perfect base for exploring the Tuscany region. The location is ideal—peaceful and picturesque, yet within easy driving distance of charming towns & wineries. We especially loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying long, leisurely meals outside in the evening. The outdoor spaces are just as lovely as the interior—perfect for relaxing, gathering, and soaking up the Tuscan sunshine. They are incredible hosts. Claudia surprised us with a homemade apple cake that was absolutely delicious, and they both offered wonderful recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. The wine tours they suggested were excellent, and hiring Chef Lorenzo for in-home dinners was amazing! Thank you! We hope to return again!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in the heart of Tuscany! From the moment we arrived, Anna was the most welcoming and attentive host – she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and special. The villa itself is picture-perfect, nestled among rolling hills and olive trees, offering a true escape into the Tuscan countryside. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the incredible private cooking class with Vilma, our chef for the evening. She brought so much warmth, expertise, and joy to the experience – we learned how to make traditional Italian dishes from scratch, and the meal we shared afterward on the terrace was unforgettable. The pool area was a dream – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring nearby towns like Siena and San Gimignano. We spent hours lounging in the sun, soaking in the views, and enjoying the quiet tranquility of the countryside.

We were a group of 8 staying at Villa Il Castellaccio and it was the most amazing experience. Leonardo was very helpful leading up to our stay helping plan a night with a private chef dinner. The food was some of the best we had! The Villa was private, more than enough space for our group and the grounds around the pool was always pristine. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Our group already discussed coming back again and staying longer. Thank you Leonardo!

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The magnificent view can be enjoyed both as a couple and with friends. It is very quiet and everything has been thought of: outside there are very comfortable seating options, a grill and pool. The garden smells of jasmine everywhere. There is nothing missing inside either. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. After a 20-minute drive, you will reach San Gimignano. Simply a dream and always worth a trip 😍

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

There are very few times when a stay not only lives up to expectations, but exceeds them. Our stay at the Lazy Oak did just that. There are no adjectives to truly describe the beauty of the villa and the surrounding countryside. Sitting at the infinity pool, looking out over the olive groves before a dinner prepared in house by a Tuscan chef as the sun sets will go down as one of the greatest days of our lives. We visited the nearby town twice for gelato but the truth is we did not want to leave the property! If you are looking for a peaceful quintessential Tuscan vacation in the countryside, look no further than the Lazy Oak. Mario is on property to tend to any needs but keeps to himself unless called upon. We actually loved his company and called him over to talk on multiple occasions…with the help of Google translation of course. Thank you Mario and Alesandro for an unforgettable stay. We hope to see you again in the future.

A beautiful home to base ourselves in while exploring Tuscany. Lovely country surrounds. House has everything you need, spacious. Gorgeous terraces and pool. Enjoyed Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena but always great to come back to our Tuscan home! Silvia gave fantastic recommendations - pasta making at Ristorante de Beppino and in house chef Beppe highlights. Also loved Monterosola winery tasting. Very highly recommend. One of the best!

Absolutely amazing place. No question that all visitors will love it. Decidedly special view of the valley with San Gimignano in the background. Good hub to visit toscana (San Gim. 25 min, siena 35min, florence 50min etc). The garden is distinctively beautiful. We had a week to remember.
