Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lastva Grbaljska

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

It was very enjoyable to spend 3 days of our Montenegro holiday here. Mima and Neda were very interested and focused on quick solutions to every problem. We didn't want to leave the house. The sea was covered with seaweed, but when it cleared a little, it was deep and beautiful. It was very good for us to be away from the city noise under the stars at night

I returned to Turkey and everyone is asking me for the link to the house 😂 I recommend this house to everyone, be ready for Turkish guests in the coming days!

My wife and I spent 2 days at Nikola’s place and used it as our base for exploring the wonderful Skadar lake. The home itself is cosy, peaceful and well equipped for a few nights away. A kind of mini cabin with lots of charm, away from all the hustle and bustle. The drive from Virpazar can be a little tense as the roads are very narrow in places due to the remoteness of the accommodation so be sure to have a confident driver with you. Nikola was proactive and responsive in his communications. Always kind and courteous. All in all, we had a great stay!

This place is perfect! Apartment is nice and clean, view is beautiful and Sonja was the most nice host ever. I recommend with all my heart. 🥰

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

This place was magical and beat our high expectations.

Nikoleta was so extremely helpful with the thorough check in instructions she sent through prior to our stay, making the check in process stress free and easy. Nikoletas apartment had the most breathtaking views and was nice and modern, clean and in a great location.

Big apartament with washing machine, with 2 bethrooms, a living room with a kitchen open spate. Jaz beach in proximity, 5-10 min by car. Tania was great! I recommend!

Nikola is very friendly and friendly. The apartment is spacious, pleasant, well decorated and very clean. Very well equipped. The location allows you to radiate in the surrounding cities (12 min from Kotor). Nikola's mom is adorable and offered us delicious homemade ice cream. We highly recommend

A comfortable, modern apartment to spend a week in Budva. The new windows and AC meant it was always cool and quiet inside, and the balconies were great for sitting out in the sun. It was a five minute walk to the old town and a few minutes more to get to Mogren beach. There was a nice coffee shop (More Coffee), grocery stores, and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Milos and the hotel staff were very helpful and responsive. Only small downsides were the beds were a bit firm, and the parking spot was very difficult to park in (easier to back in!) - but having the free parking was very helpful.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

We had a great stay; the appartement was clean and functional. We loved the pool!

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and especially very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby, as well as several restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back :)

Great house, you can feel at home. The furniture and items were very handy. Parking is not available, but you can find paid parking lots nearby, but it is also very easy to get to hospitals and grocery stores. I recommend guests to stay with peace of mind.

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning.
