Our first time using an Air BnB. We were delighted with our experience. Our host was nothing short of brilliant, lots of helpful tips along with advice on local area restaurants. You do need a car to be honest & there's a decent secure parking spot inside the grounds of the property. We arrived late at night & Salvatore was there to greet us with a smile. We were exhausted & just went to bed. Next morning was a joy to wake in such splendid surroundings. So clean, cool & homely. The pool, not heated but not a big deal due to the heat in summer, the jacuzzi bath & separate turkish shower room are all adding to the level of comfort. It's a good place for 2 people & maybe 1 or 2 kids on the pull out bed. We enjoyed a movie night on the big screen that was fun. As our first experience of Air BnB , this was excellent. Very well done.

We had a great 10 days staying at Trulli Tower in mid June. There is something special about having your very own Trullo to stay in and enjoy. The property itself was beautifully restored with all the amenities you might expect including a steam room, private pool and sundowner roof terrace. The position of the property means that your get to enjoy the sun all the way through to beautiful sunsets. Location-wise it is approx 8 mins to Putignano and the supermarket there. It was a great location for exploring the land of Trulli and and coast-line around Polignano a Mare etc. Sergio and his team could not have been more helpful. He was super friendly fly and helpful during our stay. Thank you!!

Flavio‘s place is truly special! It’s not in the middle of tourists-which we appreciated. The beach that is just steps away was wonderful to enjoy with the locals! Shops and restaurants are a short 20 minute walk away – but since the weather heated up, we drove every evening to grab dinner and walk around – which was wonderful! Flavio was an excellent host & provided local recommendations and helping with dinner reservations. He checked in to make sure we were enjoying our time. We fell in love with this location. It is truly special!

The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

Unique Trullo is a special place, just like its owners, Angela and Flaviano. Immersed in the greenery and tranquility of nature, the trullo is furnished in a modern style and equipped with every comfort: bathtub with shower, air conditioning, refrigerator and even a convenient outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach. Angela and Flaviano are attentive and caring hosts: every morning they prepare a delicious breakfast for guests and are always available for any need. It was a real pleasure staying with you. We have traveled all around the world — this is absolutely one of the best Airbnb locations we have ever experienced. The interior is gorgeous and incredibly unique — and the pool is amazing. This was a special experience for our family for sure! Also, the location of the home is perfect for exploring the entire old town of Matera. Endless gorgeous views around every corner. A wonderful stay!

We loved the Trullo, very authentic, peaceful and comfortable! The pool was fantastic, also with a barbecue area, outside seating and a vegetable garden. The place is in the countryside with the sound of cows and harvesters, and you definitely need a car to get around as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Unfortunately we discovered with surprise that we couldn’t hire a car as we didn’t have an international drivers licence (apparently mandatory in Italy), but our hosts went the extra mile to find a solution, organising a driver for us to the surrounding areas and towns. Don’t miss the opportunity to have traditional dishes prepared by Mery and take home preserves and products made by her. It was a short but sweet stay. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a typical Puglian experience !
