Below the electric stove top youll find 3 drawers; Top drawer has coffee, creamer, sugar, splenda, coffee filters, a smoothie blender and various seasonings for your convenience. Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful time. Kiran and Marion thought of everything, you can tell a lot of time and thought went into this Airbnb. It’s about 3 houses in from the beach with plenty of restaurants, coffee, ice cream within walking distance. The bed was really comfortable, plenty of nice, quality pillows too. Good water pressure in shower and lots of toiletries in case you forget something. Phone chargers too. We appreciated the water and snacks after a long morning of travel. Highly recommend Kiran’s e-bike tour and magic show! We enjoyed getting to know them, what a lovely couple. We will be back!

Our stay at Roberto's home was fantastic. The house is very unique and on the top of a hill with a beautiful view - it is just far enough from town to feel very private while still being a walkable distance from everything. Roberto was very friendly and responsive throughout the trip. I highly recommend staying at this listing - it will make your Sayulita experience unforgettable!

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

Rosa’s place in Las Catalina’s was my husband and I’s first stop on our honeymoon. We have been to Costa Rica before but never Las Catalinas and we left with a new favorite destination to visit! The photos do not do it enough justice. Rosa’s place is clean, lofty and beautiful. The views are incredible. If we could come back every year we would! Exceptional service, peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere, excursions will pick you up close by, food of all kinds walkable and available. We felt like we were at the peak of luxury! A fun surprise were the hiking trails near by. Do not think twice when booking!

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. o espaço deles Carlos é ainda mais lindo do que nas fotos. Estava extremamente limpo e é completo, tem absolutamente TUDO. Colchao e roupas de cama e banho IMPECÁVEIS! Ate chapinha de cabelo. Carlos foi um anfitrião muito querido e respondeu rapidamente nas vezes que precisei! Se vc vai à Floripa e deseja ficar em um local lindo e tranquilo, aqui é o seu lugar. Voltarei sempre!

zaida was an amazing host! we were just there and all of PR lost power for 48 hours. she made sure we had all that we needed, and gave us a credit even though it certainly wasnt her fault. we loved the apartment and location. You can walk to anything and the pharmacy was right across the street that had anything you needed!

Susan’s place was absolutely beautiful – we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to land after coming from Mexico City. Arriving to fresh margaritas, guacamole, and corn chips was such a thoughtful touch – it felt like Susan already knew exactly what we needed after stepping into the Puerto Vallarta heat: a cool drink and a warm welcome! We loved that the pool was right outside our front door – perfect for a quick dip anytime. The aircon in the bedrooms was amazing and made for a super comfortable sleep each night. Both the indoor shower and the garden shower were incredible. We also had a large private balcony where we could relax and watch the sunset with a drink in hand – such a special way to end the day. Susan went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, giving us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do both in Puerto Vallarta and in Sayulita, where we headed next. She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

David's place was absolutely amazing. The inside was so clean better than any hotel. Everything was so comfortable very well decorated. I love the views from the window. The most amazing thing is the only thing between the home and the beach is the pool in between. It was a lot closer than anybody has described on his previous descriptions. If you're looking for a place, that's close by the beach and walking distance from everywhere and a nice place to stay David's place is the best.

I had a great stay at this property! The place was very clean and had a lovely, modern design that made me feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Initially, I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in one room, but the hosts quickly resolved it, which I appreciated. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

This place couldn’t be in a more convenient location and the apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfy! Devon was an extremely considerate and proactive host. There’s some construction across the street that didn’t negatively impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!
