Had an amazing stay at this airbnb! Extremely comfortable for 6 people and looks even better than the pictures. We loved having a pool table and plenty of kayaks for everyone. Lisa is an awesome host and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect, including restaurant recommendations, a welcoming check in and out and was very communicative throughout the process. P.s.: Don’t skip the Piri Piri restaurant! They have delicious food.

Very unique and quaint. Great location with views of water, shoreline and birds. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from deck.

My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Lauren's boathouse to celebrate our honeymoon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by how beautiful the house was. The scenic view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the gentle sounds of the water and the picturesque landscape right outside our window was a dream come true. We spent many peaceful hours just sitting and enjoying the tranquility of the water, which was exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing honeymoon retreat. Lauren and her team were exceptional hosts. Whenever we needed to reach out, Lauren was incredibly quick to respond and always helpful and friendly. Her attentiveness truly made us feel well taken care of. If you're looking for a charming and intimate house right on the water where you can simply unwind and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings, then look no further! We wholeheartedly recommend the boathouse!

Jay and Theresa's boathouse was absolutely spotless, which we truly appreciated. The setting provided the perfect backdrop for our favorite moments: peaceful mornings sipping coffee while watching the breathtaking sunrise, and tranquil evenings unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun dipped below the horizon. We found the location to be wonderfully quiet, peaceful, and exceptionally private – a true escape.

We had a great stay, very relaxing and cozy houseboat, wish we had caught more fish, hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We had such a lovely time staying at Ingrid’s house. The bungalow on the water was really cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid was a wonderful host. We snorkeled every day and went to town a couple of times for lunch and to purchase some groceries. We cooked every day so stock up on supplies. There are staples in the cabin like basic spices and oil. Such a peaceful and picturesque spot. We hope to be back soon.

Great place on the canal! Close to restaurants and it was great watching the boats going out to sea. Johnny and his contacts were very responsive to any questions! Will stay again!

Tudo funciona perfeito, a poucos metros da playa norte. Única coisa que lamento é realmente não ter ficado mais dias. Simplesmente sensacional e muito melhor que vários resorts da região!

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. The stay was great. The owners are close by and available for assistance. Requesting gas everyday day was a little annoying and the tank ran out of water on our last stay. Overall was a good experience.

We had a lovely time for the brief stay at Doctors Lake in the absolutely exceptional Home-a-Wave! we arrived in time to watch the beautiful sunset from the living room and grab a few drinks at the Sunset Tiki Bar where we met some very cool regulars and waiting for our Uber Eats order from Five Star Pizza (omg..BEST Pizza I've had in a very long time!). We had some winds and rain the 2nd night (hello first week of Hurricane Season) but we could not feel much movement at all the entire stay, including when was stormy! Upstairs did not disappoint, The bed was very comfortable, perfectly positioned across from the awesome windows providing a peaceful night waterfront view. We were greeted with a fabulous sunrise view from the deck! Highly recommend this floating dream!!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Love to wake up and walk across to public beach for sunrise and sit on the dock for sunset!

We so much enjoyed our stay on the Splashing Pelican. It was peaceful and comfortable - a unique experience on our first visit to this beautiful part of Florida. Not much wildlife to report, but the super athletic fish were amazing and did their best to put on a show for us. And we so enjoyed the sunsets. We also enjoyed kayaking and visits to Vero Beach. Natalie was helpful at all times. Thank you.

We are glad to have stayed on a house boat. It was surprisingly roomy, with all ameneties of a regular home. Waterfront sunrises and sunsets from the top deck were so delightful! We also enjoyed walking the boardwalk, strolling Historic downtown Sanford and driving through the neighborhood and viewing the remarkable homesites. We hope to return.

This is my second visit to PondTune. Its a sweet place and the hosts always think of you. They left drinking water for the coffee maker so mornings could begin with a peaceful coffee on watching the wildlife on the wetland. That along with many other little touches set these hosts apart as thoughtful and considerate people. Will likely stay again on my way through the area.

Great place for a guys weekend! Slept 8 comfortably and had several other beds open. Charter boats picked us up right at the house. We will be back again

Excelente lugar, Katie ofrece un hospedaje que es ideal para conocer golfito y tener mucho contacto con el mar. La experiencia de estar en una casa flotante es bien placentera y permite observar peces y la dinámica en general del golfo A pesar de estar flotando, las mareas en Golfito son suuper tranquilas entonces, hay momentos en los que no se percibe para nada el movimiento. La atención de Katie siempre fue muy atenta por lo que la estadía fluye de muy buena forma. Recomendamos mucho este lugar.

A wonderful experience! We enjoyed our week on the Yacht, "Comfortably Numb". The Host was exceptional. Keliy, was very clear and attentive. She recommended bike rentals, local attractions, beach location, and views from the deck. The place smelled fresh and clean. The indoor temperature was cool. The humidity was controlled. We loved the bean bag seats to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the deck. The indoor accommodations was very large, roomy, and comfortable. We plan to reserve this place again in the future. We learned alot since we are are planning to purchase a yacht for full time living and charter boat fishing. My husband and I really enjoyed it! Chip was very attentive and responded quickly. It was very beautiful around, we had a great rest!!

Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, scenery. Plenty of wildlife. Even photographed a bald eagle hunting on the river. Plenty of room inside for 3 people. Could barely even notice the creaking and waves at night. Secluded, yet close to city life. We did have a run in with some wasps, Brandon came out and sprayed for us. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves so much we didn’t want to leave!!

The place is beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Marigot bay the whole time. There’s not a lot of great food options, all with the same, fairly limited menu. The local food is the best option - jerk chicken, stews, etc, but even those are not as good as the rest of the island. This place is only accessible by boat - you need what’s app to get on and off the cabin to get food. The beach is walking distance and there’s some food and beverages served when you get chairs during the day. The hike along the property (Billy goat trail) is stunning. It’s really very very beautiful, but it’s not a great place to see the island. Also being a sound machine - sound travels across the water and it can be fairly loud.
