The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the living room and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the second on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink.

Upstairs, 2 large mezzanines overlook the living room (reading corner, office, sofa bed).

Close to the sea, 35 minutes from Barcarès beach, 20 minutes from Perpignan, and close to Cathar castles, numerous hikes, swimming in natural sites... located in a very touristy village (since 09/20: labeled Gites de France 2 stars and classified 2 stars Furnished Tourism)
