Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Wonderful cozy flat with free parking. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.

The flat was perfect for our diving lessons at the Latchi water sports center just across the road. The Airbnb was very spacious, had a nice balcony, good kitchen equipment and above all: a washing machine! Very useful. I certainly would book this place again on my next stay in Latchi.

Mediterranean Seaside Authentic Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

Ich war zum ersten Mal bei Laura und fand’s einfach Mega. Mir kams so vor, als wäre ich hier irgendwie zu Hause. Schwer zu beschreiben das Gefühl, aber es ist wirklich schön. Was top ist, das ist ne Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler und selbst wenn’s draußen warm war, war es in der unteren Etage, die recht groß ist echt angenehm kühl. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern dort und es ist Mega familienfreundlich. Auch die Leute dort sind sehr nett. Die Unterkunft hat drei Schlafzimmer, was für mich Mega gut war, weil meine Frau und ich abwechselnd auch mal alleine schlafen konnten, was sehr erholsam war. Ich kann das wirklich jeden empfehlen über Laura zu buchen. Sie ist purer Sonnenschein und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr wieder her zu kommen.

Vi ankom sent om aftenen i lejet bil og der var fint med parkering tæt på. Indtjekning forgik nemt via en nøglebox, som Andreas i forvejen havde beskrevet. Lejligheden var som beskrevet, hyggelig og med en fin udsigt til havnen fra en dejlig altan, som vi brugte hver aften. Det ligger tæt på meget fine spisesteder og et meget hyggeligt havne liv, med massere muligheder.. vi kan anbefale LATCHI WATERSPORTS CENTER, hvor vi lejede en båd og sejlede ud og så den smukke kystlinje. Vi fik også dykkerundervisning (super fed oplevelse) Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale lejligheden og dens beliggenhed. Tak for “lån” Andreas vi havde en skøn ferie. Venlig hilsen Camilla og Martin
