Our bungalow house, 5 km to Agva center It is located at the point where the residential area, which is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile, meets the forest, right in the heart of the forest. Access to the property is easy. It is 2 km from chain markets, and access to restaurants and the beach is 5-6 km away. It is a quiet, calm environment with a unique view, where you can escape from the busy life of the city and enjoy the sounds of birds and the whisper and coolness of the forest trees.

A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.
