It's a rental I recommend! Very welcoming and attentive host. The accommodation is pleasant, well-equipped and ideally located (tram at the bottom of the building, many shops around and not far from the beach).

Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrace on Carnon beach. Great bedding and furniture. Underground parking space. All within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodation was perfect – very clean, with a whirlpool, nice bathroom, cozy bed and well-equipped kitchen. The location in Pérols is ideal - quiet, charming and at the same time close to Montpellier and the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and even lent us bicycles.

Anna's accommodation matches the listing descriptions. Well-equipped for preparing meals. It is well located for visiting Montpellier and its region. It has the advantage of offering a parking space.

We had a great stay as a couple in this apartment by the water. The view is beautiful, the location perfect: everything is done on foot, whether for beautiful walks, going to the beach or enjoying the city center. The garage is a real plus, especially in an area where it is difficult (and often expensive) to park. We were able to leave the car and fully enjoy the stay on foot. The apartment was impeccable when we arrived, everything well organized. Thierry is very nice and available, even if we didn't need to contact him, because everything was perfect. We recommend it without a second thought and we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment offered by Didier is impeccable, and very clean. The place is very quiet, no noise. Very easy to park on the street. The tram is accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot. Very suitable accommodation for a weekend in Montpellier.

The location is perfect, the layout is practical and functional; you feel at home in this apartment with a sublime view! A little extra for the "private beach" in the morning when there is no one and the fireworks that we could see from the balcony, magical! Be careful, you might not want to leave, just like us!

Anais and Jonathan's accommodation was nice for a short weekend, close to the beach and shops. The pool is shared but we enjoyed it when we returned from the beach there was no one. Great, I recommend Jonathan, he was accommodating with our slightly delayed departure schedule. Thank you 😉
