The Sea Spray Inn offers lovely 1 bedroom apartments in both the garden side building and the pool side building. The garden side offers a private and intimate garden setting with partial but lovely views of the ocean. The pool side building offers lovely apartments with direct access to the pool. Our guests will enjoy access to 2 heated pools, BBQS' and lounging areas. We are located across the street but only a few steps from the beach and a very short walk to great shoppes and restaurants.

We had planned this trip for graduation, & my sister and I both found this place separately, shared with each other, booked instantly. This place is super quaint & charming with plenty of space to spread out in case you get tooooo much family time in. Super clean & organized, the decor and vibe is to die for- absolutely using this as inspiration for my house. We cooked breakfast every morning & had a blast- perfect bonding. My bf & dad enjoyed watching the playoffs together on the tv in the living room / dining room where we congregated and planned our days. The bathrooms/bedrooms are spacious & ultra clean. Clear instructions for check in/out. Extremely welcoming & host is prompt & communicative! Location is pro! Walking distance to beach & restaurants, including grocery store. We used the wagon, umbrella & chairs at the beach - spending our remaining days there. There's a parking space available which helped immensely. Hoping to book this place again next year- great everything

Came here to visit family who live in the area. It was a great place to stay for the week while our teens and us were able to enjoy walking to the beach and checking out nearby restaurants. The pool was a plus for the days we wanted a break from the beach. I had to work while I was there and there was a nice desk area to get setup and do some work from the Airbnb as well. Really clean- really nice. Really enjoyed our stay here.

I recently stayed at 250 Oceanic in Fort Lauderdale with my family of five, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is spacious and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need, just bring your clothes and enjoy. Our kids had an incredible time relaxing in the jacuzzi and swimming in the pool, which kept them entertained for hours. The house is very close to the beach making it easy to enjoy the sun.

I love this place, much better than I expected. The pictures do not do it justice, the room is big with everything I needed during my stay, very comfortable, very clean, totally private room/entrance, and quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the beach. The host is very nice, I highly recommend and wil be staying with them in the near future…

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We LOVE the house, the area & the neighborhood. It’s a close walk to the beach, coffee shop, bakery, downtown, shops & restaurants. Also a short drive to fun close by attractions for kids and the family to enjoy. The house was very clean and comfortable. Look forward to our next trip back!

This place was perfect! We didn’t want to rent a car and we didn’t need to staying here! It was within walking distance to the grocery store, the main stretch of restaurants, and most importantly the beach! The provided beach chairs and umbrella was so great too! Salvatore also responded fast when we had an issue with our key pad. We would definitely stay here again!
