Fantastic Stay. Would Stay again.

This was an AMAZING FIND! The condo was gorgeous and near everything you'd want to explore like the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, Las Olas, and Marina Village. We felt super safe and enjoyed staying here especially with access to the Escape Rooftop pool! Highly recommend! Nicole was super responsive and even made sure to have the pullout bed made for us upon arrival. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Arrived at the condo. Unit 323 with Helene (co host) Had AC not working, Charlie (co host) immediately jumped into action. Moved us to room 325. (AC working) until they fixed unit 323. Unit 323 was not ready after being at 325 for 2 days and Charlie apologized and gave me and my wife unit 812. Ocean view for the trouble at 323. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and respected privacy. It’s an older condominium so don’t expect a 2024 building 😂 I would recommend hosting with Andrew, Helene and Charlie! They are on top of it all 💪🏼 Beach walking distance, bamboo restaurant downstairs, great atmosphere and valet parking. 🅿️

Outstanding place & location. Would rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was wonderful and and the beach and ocean view was amazing. Casa Calabria, the Italian Resturant in the building lobby was excellent with live music. Isidore was very responsive and gave us easy instructions on how to enter the unit. The only thing that was not as outlined in the description was that the two beach lounge chairs that were supposed to be included were not. When we got to the beach the property manager informed us that the two free beach lounge chairs were only for the unit owners and their immediate family members. But this was not much of a problem as the unit had three small beach chairs in the hall closet and so we only had to rent one lounge chair for our party of four at a cost of only $12 per day. All and all a wonderful condo in an amazing location. We would definitely rent this place again!

Impressively decorated unit in “The Best” building on Fort Lauderdale beach. Everything you need and more. Clean and well appointed unit. Perfect for solo or couple. Responsive host.

A really great experience. It's a condo in a boutique mid-century low-rise building that has been completely newly renovated from the ground up in a gorgeous modern style. What really stood out was the cleanliness as the unit was absolutely spotless. Floors and countertops so clean you could eat off of them. Came with everything I needed... a big plus was 2 giant TV sets, one in living room and one in bedroom with hundreds and hundreds of channels keeping me well entertained. Living room sofa converts to a full size bed and is really comfortable. Easy self check-in using the keypad. Free parking space out front. Steps to the beach. Beside a grocery store and pharmacy (can walk groceries back home easily as it's next door). Extremely safe and quiet location with no street noise or partying outside whatsoever. Came with everything I needed: hot water kettle, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, coffee pods, tea, toiletries. Could definitely see myself doing all winter here in the future!

Accommodations were perfect for our stay.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

Great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Staying at Omar's place in Brickell was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The unit itself was stylish, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was stunning and the building's amenities are top notch. The pool, spa, and gym were resort-level and added so much value to the experience. Omar was a fantastic host-responsive, helpful, and made check-in as well as check-out seamless. The location in Brickell is unbeatable: walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping, and the waterfront. If you're looking for a luxurious, stress-free stay in the heart of Miami, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

Great place and communicated well!

Teri's place is well designed for a comfortable, peaceful stay. We arrived in the evening and Teri had left the lights and AC on for us to make for a nice welcome. We stayed for a month and enjoyed our water view every day. It was so relaxing sitting out in front on the comfortable wicker chairs. We loved the friendly, welcoming neighbors in the building. The pool was awesome. The location was close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Teri has truly thought of everything to enable a relaxing vacation with the fully stocked kitchen, large soaking tub, streaming services on the TV and even a printer in the unit.The water pressure in the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The large refrigerator freezer was great to have. We appreciated the beach items being provided such as chairs, umbrellas and cooler. The cozy robes and blankets were a nice touch. The bedding was comfortable and bath linens , beach and pool towels were ample. We would definitely stay at Teri's place again.

We had an amazing week at Barry’s place. It was clean and comfortable . Barry thought of everything ! The location is perfect with the beach , pool and tiki bar are all perfect to have on site . The resort staff were all very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and night and enjoying watching the ocean and beach activity. Lauderdale By The Sea is a short walk with so much to offer . I cannot say enough about my stay at Barry’s place ! OH, And having Judy available at arrival was a big plus; she showed us everything and helped us bring in our groceries too!

The condo is very nice and well equipped. Nice bathroom with two sinks. The kitchen had all supplies needed. We especially liked the back deck with outdoor couches overlooking the water… a great place for morning coffee! We used the grill, which is very nice pool side! It’s an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Lovely place.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.
