There was a late checkout before us so cleaning went overtime and fed into our check-in time but host communicated and we like that they made sure cleaning was done well instead of letting us check-in on time into a dirty place. Host was very responsive and came and fixed the issue of the door not locking properly when I raised the concern. They also had a 2nd lock at the top that made us feel safer since the area didn’t seem the safest but for the price and the number of beds, it was worth the deal! It was a comfortable stay for one night.

Juan did an amazing job with this space, very well designed. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities listed are there. The added bonus was the washer and dryer, which we used. The place was easy to find and the neighborhood was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
