The property matched the description provided, though the photographs give the impression of a larger space. Nevertheless, it perfectly met our requirements. Chris was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries, addressing various questions we had. The area was clean and filled with ample natural light. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the surrounding land for play, as well as the small game room stocked with toys, which was a welcome respite during a particularly rainy and windy day. The on-site washing machine was available for free use, and the washing line proved to be quite useful. Although the outdoor pool was not heated, it did not deter my children from taking a dip and having fun. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at this peaceful home. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and relaxing—exactly what I needed for a short getaway. The house was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. Every corner of the place was thoughtfully arranged, and the surrounding area was quiet and serene. The hosts were welcoming and made sure everything was comfortable for us. I especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special. The place was spotless and well maintained. Beautiful location with a route to walk/ trek nearby too. We had a great time during the stay.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Jane & David’s property. The villa was very well furnished and was cleaned to high standard. It had a homely feel with nice decor and provided everything needed. There was a helpful information book, games , jigsaws and plenty of tourist literature. It is on a holiday park with free use of a nice swimming pool and option to use other facilities. Jane and David were excellent hosts with prompt and friendly communication. We would have no hesitation in recommending their Airbnb property. Thank you

Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

What a fantastic find and stay we had here! The instructions to find it were simple and clear to follow. Carlo met us on arrival, very friendly and informative, gave us local recommendations. The cottage was exactly as described... lovely! I found it great to see cutlery, plates, bowls and cups inside suitable for our 2yo! (also toys and books) The views were amazing looking across the rolling countryside. The hot tub was ready to go! We met Maggie and Mollie (Carlo's dogs) who were lovely and very friendly ☺️ Great cottage. Great location. Great hosts!

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

Rebecca's annexe was a lovely place to stay for a peaceful few days away. It has beautiful views and felt very relaxing. The kitchen and whole property was very well equipped which made us feel right at home and very comfortable! It had local guides, games, netflix, extra blankets, toiletries and much more! We really loved staying here, thank you so much Rebecca for letting us stay in your lovely annexe!

A Magical Haven’’ We’re currently 5 days into our 6-night stay in Cornwall and honestly we’re completely in love with it. Staying here during my birthday has made this getaway feel all the more special — it’s a place filled with magic, character, and soul. It’s no wonder it was featured on More4’s Impossible Builds, because there’s truly nothing else quite like it. There’s plenty of space outside to chill, the views are unique and breathtaking, enjoy dinner under the stars, or simply appreciate the peace and serenity that surround you. Inside, we honestly could not fault the amount of helpful utilities provided. The kitchen is fully equipped — and we mean fully. There’s literally everything you need here, and there has been no expense spared on the quality of all the items. It’s a home from home — filled with thoughtful details. I could write more, but what I can say is come and experience what my wife, our dog, and I have for the past 5 days … superb!

Gorgeous to be in such a special quiet space. Feels properly like a little piece of a time gone by, but with all the comfort of the modern world. We loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boundary cottage! It’s beautifully designed with gorgeous high quality interiors. It was just right for us - two adults and two children. Everything was provided for a child friendly stay (high chair, stair gate, travel cot, kids tableware). The cottage is compact but has made the most of all space for useful storage, it had everything we needed. Highlights for us were the beautiful bed linen, the gorgeous bathroom with uninterrupted views into the fields with the cows and the lovely walk straight out of the front door down the farm track. Our kids adored the cows and the little play area was a welcome occasional distraction!

We were visiting relatives and this is the third time we have stayed at Hannah's cottage. Hopefully, we will return again.

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

Everything you need! Spacious cottage with large kitchen. We used both the dishwasher as well as the washing machine. It’s a quiet cottage and from here plenty of places to go to, like Tintagel Castle, St. Nectan’s Glenn, Treberwith Strand (beautiful) and we drove to the Lydford Gorge from here. We enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend this ‘Old Herbery’. Bread, milk, orange juice and fresh eggs were all there for us to use.

Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at the Gem and everything about it was perfect - fully equipped, spotless + great location. In walking distance to some lovely restaurants in town or Fistral beach and Crantock beach. It is also a great location to explore other costal towns in Cornwall. If you have a paddleboard or Kayak I would recommend taking it as you can walk straight down to the waters edge from the property. Overall this was a 10/10 stay.

A very beautiful place to come and stay, and the house was very spacious, there were 7 of us and we all felt we had plenty of space. The garden area is a treat when the sun shines, and we couldn’t get over watching the lambs have fun in the field. Lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful, comfortable house. Fantastic views over the estuary, which we enjoyed whilst having breakfast on the balcony. As expected for hilly Fowey, the walk back up from town is fairly steep, but still doable for the oldest member of our party. Although there is no parking outside the house, you can park to unload and load, then park in the car park, a short walk up the hill. It's cheaper to pay for the week's parking, rather than pay each day. In all a very enjoyable stay and we'd be delighted to re-visit if we didn't live so far away (in Scotland)

The cottage and hut were a perfect fit for our group of traveling women - we stayed 5 nights & felt completely at home. Bedding was very comfortable. It actually became our favorite place from all others! easy access to Boscastle farm shop - which is the best I've been to... as well as, many charming sites. The garden simple & lovely, the wood fire a treasure as we experienced many soggy moments out. Our American ladies really appreciated the warm towel warmers! Heating in the house created a very relaxing stay. Raechel was very informative & welcoming, and all of my contacts with Sarah were delightful. We loved our experience here!

We had such a fabulous stay! The location was absolutely perfect, and it was even better being able to bring our two dogs along one of them still a puppy. The fully fenced garden was a huge bonus, giving us peace of mind while the dogs played safely. Inside, the property was just as impressive. The downstairs wet room featured a stunning waterfall shower that felt like pure luxury, and the master bedroom was gorgeous. So relaxing and inviting. It was the perfect place to unwind at night and a joy to wake up in each morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the inclusion of a washing machine was a really handy touch, especially with dogs in tow. On arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely selection of scones, Cornish butter, clotted cream, fresh bread, milk and even some special treats for the dogs which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. We’d definitely return and would highly recommend!
