Le logement est sur un terrain arboré ; au milieu des chênes et des châtaigniers. Les rivières et les commerces sont à proximité. Le gîte est équipé d'un plancher rafraichissant, d’une terrasse couverte et d’un abri voiture (possibilité de recharger votre véhicule électrique directement : 5€ /chargement).

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

This house is located in a quiet area not far from the river. You can discover our medieval villages such as Balazuc, Vogüé or Labeaume and visit the Chauvet cave in Vallon Pont d 'Arc, a Unesco heritage site. Guests can also stroll through our local markets, and at night in the summer.

A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, is ideal for outdoor dining. The home is located in a small quiet village on the heights of Rosières. Close to shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, rivers...) 20 minutes from Ruoms, 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d 'Arc, 20 from Les Vans, 30 from Aubenas. Self check-in with a key box from 5pm. Check-out maximum 10am.
