We were very happy to have chosen the place, where we found what we were looking for: peace and having a good time with friends. The place was very comfortable and just as it looked in the photos. The staff was very attentive, and upon leaving the house, we had everything around us: places to eat, ATMs, billiard halls, and casinos, as well as many nearby stores. I recommend the place 100%. this place is a charming, compact but versatile space. 2 small well appointed bedrooms with powerful mini a/c units. a small but compmetely funtional shower bath. a half bath off the living/dining area. this place is at a great price for what it delivers. Andrew is a great host and quite responsive. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this incredible city and hope and pray this unit is available for my stay. Look no further. This place is the real deal.

The stay in Alba's house was wonderful, Mrs. Ligia was always very attentive to what we need, the place complies with everything you need to be comfortable, the proximity to the stadium and the events that are presented there is unparalleled, it is an area close to everything with my good gastronomic offer

Thanks Leonely for a lovely stay - the apartment was a peaceful place to spend time, it was clean and well maintained, as well as having three very spacious bedrooms. The location Belen is very peaceful and near shops. It's very easy to get to other parts of Medellin for sight-seeing or other activities. We did Guatape on one day - this took about 2 hours to drive to. Poblado is about 15 minutes away by taxi, and Comuna Trece was about 20 minutes away. All places I would recommend to go. Overall, the apartment was great - had a lovely view in the mornings and I would highly recommend staying there.

Everything was great The apartment had everything I needed: Fully functional kitchen I worked at the computer on the terrace Sleeping was good, because there was no strong noise Andrea is a very positive and pleasant host I recommend these apartments, I lived here for 2 weeks

Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

a 5-star stay!! Jorge Luis was very kind and was very attentive to what I needed. The apartment is very well located, it is very close to the town's subway station. Its location is perfect and it has everything you need! Air conditioning in case you want to sleep with the window closed, because it really is very cool. a good workspace and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked the style of the apartment a lot!!

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

The apartment's location is very good, it's an area with many restaurants, markets and easy to get to. From the beginning it was easy to communicate with Santiago and he was always looking out for us, the apartment was very clean, organized, and comfortable; I would definitely come back!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

Fantastic, bright, and spacious apartment just 2 minutes from the metro station. The flat is in a really quiet building and a family-oriented area. We spent a month here and everything was superb. Sergio is very kind, attentive, and super helpful at all times—always super quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues with the lights and the boiler, and Sergio dealt with them brilliantly, making sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. We work from home and the internet speed was excellent—we never had any issues with it. You can easily get an Uber from here, and do your grocery shopping online and get it delivered straight to your door.. If you need anything else, there’s a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk from the flat (plus several food stalls nearby where you can buy local dishes and handmade juices). If you’re looking for a quiet and well-located place that is the perfect place to choose. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Medellin my whole life and have stayed at various places in the city, the view at Carlos’s place is unbeatable. The listing is just as described. My family and I had a great time , I hope to come and stay here again.
